To be considered for booking: PLEASE include a message to the owner when requesting to book. Beautiful home with ALL NEW UPDATES! New flooring, furniture, lighting, propane grill and so much more. Located in the desirable Holiday Inn Section, Site 1084 we are just steps to the sand. Our three bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows: 1. Downstairs, queen with en-suite tub/shower, 2. Upstairs, two full beds with en-suite tub/shower, 3. Upstairs, king with en-suite shower. Additional sleeping area is our upstairs loft with two twin bed. ALL bedrooms and loft have large smart TV's. Fast WIFI, Keurig, washer & dryer - it's all here! Large ocean view deck + walking distance to Surfside pier and restaurants! Come put your feet up and enjoy! No pets.

Great Home/Amazing Owners/Undisclosed Expense

The house was well decorated, clean and close to the beach. Linens were included, and were fresh and ready to be put on beds. The owners were very responsive to questions. Everything we were looking for. The only issue we had is with the parking passes. Parking for three cars is advertised, and it is not clear that there is an additional expense for parking. Parking is $15 per car per day or $45 per day for three cars. We should have been told about this expense upfront so that we could compare apples to apples when choosing a vacation home for our family.

Amazing

We actually stumbled on this rental hust trying to be close to the beach witbout realizing it was licated in this community. Our house was very clean which made my family very happy since we can be so picky. We loved how close the beach walk was. Now we understand the details and how this area looks and works and cant wait to stay again. We actually are looking to see if we can buy something in there to rent out as well! Our hosts were very kind and helpful if we needed anytbing.

Nice view

Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed. Ample room & beds were pretty comfy. The sheets were a bit rough feeling. The home was mostly clean upon arrival. The kitchen tables/chairs had some drink stains & crumbs. The coffee maker (we didn’t use it) had water left in it & the front had coffee splatter. The sofa cover has some old stains. Nice view from the porch of the ocean & overall was a very nice place, location was perfect.

Location

It was in a great spot close to the beach . The area is great for teenagers to have some independence. Only 1 suggestion darker curtains in rooms and living room . Could not see the TV during day and bedrooms were bright by 6:30am lol not much sleeping in . The owners were absolutely amazing answered every question. When leaving locked my phone inside they unlocked door in minutes. It was a great stay

Great Time at Ocean Lakes

New home with all the attention to details. Beautifully decorated and great location! Owners are kind and helpful working to make sure your week at Ocean Lakes is nothing short of wonderful. Great communication! This is the perfect home to be "your" beach house year after year!

Exactly what we expected

The house was as advertised. Nice, clean and big enough for 6-8 people comfortably. 10 with a pull out in an open den area. Pretty good view of the beach and ocean for a second row home too. Very short walk to the beach entrance and you can set up in a spot that can be easily viewed from the deck. Little short on toilet paper so pack an extra couple of rolls. Barbecue is newer and clean which is rare for a rental. Would definitely consider staying there again.
