このユニークなビーチハウスは、限られた範囲でレンタルが可能です。 この家は「逆さま」に建てられたためユニークです-キッチン、ダイニングルーム、リビングルーム、マスタースイートはすべて最上階にあります。 別のマスタースイートは、他の2つのベッドルーム、ランドリー、布団付きのキッズメディアルームと一緒に1階にあります。

あなたはこの家からの眺めに驚くでしょう！ 2階建てのデッキがあり、1階のデッキは家の3辺を包みます。 この家はもともと所有者自身の使用のために建てられたため、言及するには余りにも多くのエキストラがあります。

Great Spring Break Trip

It is a great property, and Sandy was above and beyond. She is very helpful and available at any time throughout the week. The property is ocean front with a small street in front, and it is in a "quieter" section of Ocean Lakes. It can get busy/noisy in Ocean Lakes, so it was nice to be near the action while also being away from all of the noise.

Amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful stay last week. The house was perfect for our group and the location is just all we could ask for. Our favorite of course were the views from both decks. Sandy was just amazing and very thorough, which helped so much. We will definitely consider revisiting this house.

Awesome Family Vacation!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Perfection location and the view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The house was very clean, and beautiful, did not have any issues. Sandy was great and very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Trip

Great house and location for our family. Everything was perfect and the views are absolutely amazing. Sandy was great to deal with we had questions before the trip she answered very quickly. She followed up with us before we made it home and also checked on somethings we had left after checkout.

Vacation

This is a beautiful house, very clean spacious with a perfect view. Sandy was very accommodating and great to work with. Her neighbors speak highly of her and all the hard work she has put into this property. Overall amazing experience and we cannot wait to come back !!!

Fantastic Property

Having a kitchen upstairs was unique and wasn’t sure what to make of it but with the views of the deck and living areas upstairs we found it to be nothing less than amazing. Our family had a blast and the location to the beach and entrance was perfect. The property owner was great to deal with and communication was a breeze. If you have a family and enjoy beach views and want a great property rental and owner then this is the house.

Dream vacation

Sandy was excellent to work with. She answered immediately when I called or texted with a question. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the nearness to the ocean. It is difficult for me to walk in the sand so I was able to enjoy the beach from either the covered or the upper deck. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Just WOW!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean ready to go, even earlier than normal check in. Sandra as a host was just terrific! Every time something would come up she was quick to answer through text. The Kitchen was stocked with every thing you could ask for in a kitchen. The of the beach from every deck was just breath taking. We were able to set our beach umbrellas and chairs up and able to keep an eye on them all day. Everything was great the rooms were very comfortable. If I had any complaint, at the end of the day and it is night time. There really is no comfortable seating except for the couch. all the other chairs were not very comfortable. That is just a minor thing which did not take away from our enjoyment of the house. In fact I have already asked if my family could stay there again next summer.

Nice, clean house, great location and fantastic views!

The house was exactly as described and pictured, and it was very clean! The last VRBO rental I stayed in was very dirty so I was a little leery about renting again through the VRBO site for I felt like I had no recourse. I had absolutely NO issues with cleanliness with this rental. I also appreciated that there were a few things in the home to get us started. For instance, there were toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, some paper towels, a few cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc... This is helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals as well. The space itself was very comfortable and the two decks provided beautiful views of the ocean. I watched the sunrise one morning and also saw dolphins at the same time from the deck in my PJ's while sipping my coffee; it was awesome. Communication with the owner was easy. She was friendly, timely in her communication, helpful, and she made the check in process super easy. Overall, great experience; I would stay here again. :-)

Family Thanksgiving

6 of us adults stayed over Thanksgiving. It was our family get together. It would be perfect for a family with children. With us, an adult had to use the bunk bed, and another the day bed. It was a little snug, but all in all the house is perfect, and Sandra was the best! She was very quick to answer any questions.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay the house was super close to beach and away from the high traffic areas. The house was neat and clean with fantastic views inside and out. Kitchen had anything we could possibly need. Owner was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely love to stay again!
