Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This home is brand new & located in a newer neighborhood.

You will be close to all amenities. Including the Idaho Center, treasure valley marketplace, and easy freeway access. You will be centrally located making it easy to access Caldwell, Meridian, and Boise. Home is very cozy and family friendly as well as open to any group of friends that want to stay here as well! Full coffee bar is also provided for all coffee lovers. You’ll have all kitchen necessities available (pans, pots, outdoor grill, plates, cups, etc.)

There is a work desk in the master bedroom along with wifi.

In bedroom 4 there is a small tv & PS4 so feel free to bring your games! Our favorite part of this house is the outside of the home as it has a very unique architectural slant in it. Idaho Center is located 4.2 miles from property (9 minute drive)

Nearest freeway access is 2.4 miles from property (5 minute drive)

Indian Creek Plaza in Caldwell is 10 miles from property (16 minute drive)

Village in Meridian is 15 miles from property (20 minute drive)

We had a great experience with this property and communication with property manager was great. We left a few items and the property manager was fast in responding and helping us retrieve our item. The property was great for our group and we were able to have a grad party for our daughter that turned out awesome.

Pleasant Stay

We came to Nampa for a wedding. This property is beautiful & clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable & could be compared to a good hotel stay. The host Maria was very accommodating and easily communicated with. Would recommend and book this property again if we ever find ourselves back in Nampa.

Lovely Home--Perfect Location

Our family was visiting the area for a wedding at the Mint Barrel Barn venue, and the location of this house couldn't have been more perfect. The house was spotless and met all of our needs for gathering in the great room and sleeping in the comfy beds. Thanks for sharing this special home with us.
