This newly renovated home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The whole home including the living room, kitchen, and dining area are professionally furnished and decorated. The master bedroom features ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The whole house was decorated in soft blues and grays to take your mind to a tranquil and relaxing place while vacationing to the Nampa/Boise area! If you are looking for a calming place to stay you have found it here!

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$100 for 2 dogs



Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

Excellent House - Great Stay

The house was decorated beautifully. It was clean and ready to use and only two blocks away from family. Loved it much better then a hotel.

Great space

We went to visit friends but instead of getting a hotel figured a house would be nice to give us more space. This place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, remodeled interior. Having 3 bedrooms with big beds was perfect for the kids.

Property Review

The bed was good. Cleanliness was very lacking. The bathroom floor had hair all over it. The shower did not put out hot water for any of the days I stayed at this property. There was at least 4 black hairs on what should have been a clean hanging bath towel.

Definitely disappointed with what we got compared to what others had said in previous reviews. The property was clean and had enough space for our large group to sleep. There was a lot lacking. For one, the backyard had some exposed concrete pillars that could have been a potential safety issue if my kids had been young enough to run around in the back yard. We clearly communicated how many guests we would be having , but there was not enough bedding and one of the bunks was not made ahead of time. We had to make it. The number of towels and wash clothes provided for the expected guests was not sufficient. There was literally 1 wash cloth for 10 people. The listing showed an air hockey table but it was not functioning and was missing a puck. There are only 4 glasses in the house so you need to bring or buy cups. I sent a few messages to the hosts about the towel and air hockey situation but got no response. For the price we paid it is somewhat expected that a few things wouldn’t be great, but it was more lacking than expected.
