This is one of the best views in Maui. The condo is on the 6th floor. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Couch is a pull-out queen size bed. The main room has a king size bed. The second room has a queen size bed with a bathroom attached. Both rooms have two end tables. Big dressers. Closets. Bathrooms have everything you need to take a warm shower after a day at the beach. Newly remodeled kitchen. New 4k Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi. Fully furnished condo. Beach towels. Beach chairs. Heated pool for you to use. BBQ by the pool. You can sit on the Lanai and watch the whales during whale season. You can see turtles all the time. 50 feet from the ocean. You will love the view. Condo resort has carts to bring stuff up to the condo. As well as an elevator to help get you to the condo.

We had a great trip! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing—we saw sea turtles, whales, and dolphins during breakfasts and dinners overlooking the bay.Robert and Kristy were wonderful hosts. We did have an issue with the bedroom AC units not keeping up with the heat, but Kristy was very responsive and quickly arranged for them to be replaced with better units, which made a big difference and allowed us to sleep comfortably.We would be very happy to stay here again!

The owner was very cordial and responsive in answering my questions in a timely manner. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The drawbacks were the sliding glass doors to the balcony were very difficult to open and close, the screen doors were off the track so we didn’t even bother opening the bedroom patio door. The shower knob in the one bathroom was difficult to turn off and on and in the other bathroom the lower bar of the towel rack fell off. The one bedroom’s king size bed had a flat sheet on the bottom versus a fitted sheet, and that was very annoying trying to keep it in place. The entry door had to be shut hard in order to close, and I was concerned about it disturbing the other nearby residents. We would not recommend this condo to our friends or rent it again. Sorry.

The property very nice and well kept. We had a fabulous view from the lanai. Very roomy and kitchen was well equipped. . Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely come back.

The condo was really very nice. The views were amazing and the unit itself was very accommodating. There was clear and open communication with the host. We had zero issues, and would definitely rebook/recommend this unit/host again.

The a/c was broken. They said there would be fans delivered to help. No fans arrived. It was very uncomfortable sleeping at night. If they get the a/c fixed I would stay again.

5 Stars! Beautiful, Spacious Condo with Unforgettable Views

We loved our stay at Maui Island Sands Resort! The view from the lanai was exactly like the photos, absolutely stunning. Within minutes of arriving, we saw a turtle on the beach and several more swimming. Later, nearly twenty turtles were visible resting by the rocky shore. It was a highlight of our trip.The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of five. It had a main bedroom with an en-suite bath and a second bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a beach umbrella.Everything felt clean, updated, and well-maintained. The complex itself was quiet and had a pool, BBQ area, and a foot wash station. Assigned parking was also a plus.It’s just a short walk to Haycraft Park for beach access. We enjoyed snorkeling there and saw fish and turtles, but I’d recommend water shoes as there are thorns from nearby trees.Maalaea Bay is very windy (we saw consistent 15-25 MPH winds), so plan beach time in the morning before it picks up.Our host, Robert, was fantastic! He was very communicative and accommodating. He even let us check in early so we didn’t have to leave our bags in the car. Highly recommend this place!

Nice older condo unit. Turtles on the beach right under the balcony when we arrived and most afternoons we were there. Good communication with owner. No shampoo in unit and portable A/C units couldn’t keep rooms cooled (could only get the rooms down to @ 76 degrees). Beds were super comfy. Area was quiet and centrally located. Lots of amenities for the beach. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever comes about.

Awesome Condo right on the ocean

Enjoyed this condo. Had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s located centrally between Kehei and Lahaina and the view from t he balcony was awesome. Definitely would stay here again

Highly recommend!

Some of the best unobstructed views you’ll get on Maui! We saw so many turtles and whales right from our lanai. Sunrise and sunset were so beautiful. Property is clean and as described. Area is quiet, conveniently located and accessible to other popular areas. We stayed here as a family of 3 and my sister and loved it. We would definitely book here again next time we come to the island.

Fantastic holiday getaway!

Everything is as advertised for this beautiful condo. The view is beyond words. Robert replied to all my questions quickly. Just 15 minutes from the airport, its location is perfect to easily access all areas of the island.

Amazing view and great location

Excellent view and plenty of room for family of 5 with young adult children. Well stocked with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. View is amazing. Loved family dinners on the deck and spotting turtles and whales in the harbor. No real beach here but we felt close to several beaches and the other adventures (hiking, snorkeling and surfing) that we came for. Very responsive host.

Central Location with Great View!

This was the perfect location for us to get to all parts of the island to enjoy hikes and beaches. Very central and close enough to major areas for eating and shopping. The harbor is an easy walk with shops and restaurants as well. The unit itself is well appointed and clean. We were just two adults, so it was very spacious for us. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and listening to the waves. The sunrise in the morning was the perfect way to start the day, and we spotted turtles several times. The host was very responsive and very helpful. I want to return during whale season!!
