We had a great time staying at this cabin! There was plenty of room for our group (6 adults). It was well stocked with just about anything you could think of. The views are amazing! The gravel road that goes up the mountain was well maintained and easy for our SUV to climb. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for peace and quiet with all the comforts of home.

My friends and I had a blast at this cabin and we’ll definitely be booking it again in the future. Cabin was beautiful and comfortable with everything you need for fun and entertainment. Get ahold of property management was easy and they were great. Thank you for a wonderful weekend trip.

We stayed for 5 days. Property is beatiful but there is a serious problem with mice. The basement had a mice pee smell. This is the reason why we gave this rating. We contacted the owner and he said he was aware of rhe problem but it is ckear that this has not addressed properly.

We have not had serious problems with mice. I also did not tell Andrew that I am aware of a serious mice problem because that is not accurate or the case. We have pest control come out monthly. Andrew sent me a picture of a huge wet stain on one of the beds and tried to tell me it was mice pee. This was a large area that either a child peed on, or somebody spilled a drink on and they tried to pass it off as mice pee, which was ridiculous. Mice pee would cover 1-inch, not a 5-foot area as the picture showed. This is the first time any guest has ever mentioned mice pee. I also told the guests not to touch the sheets and I would send house-keeping immediately to look and assess the sheets, but they washed the sheets themselves. Pest control even came out while these guests stayed there doing their normal scheduled routine. We also checked exterior door cameras after hearing about possible mice and saw where exterior doors were left opened for long periods of time. This cabin sits on a mountain in the middle of a forest and you should never leave the doors opened or unattended for long periods of time, or you might get unwanted visitors.

Very accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. One of my favorite things about it is there is multiple places to relax inside and outside of the cabin. With a large group, it’s nice we didn’t have to be contained to one space. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This cabin has been one of my favorite stays and I've been coming to Snowshoe regularly for 15 years. Very secluded and cozy cabin with amazing mountain views. Modern entertainment inside. The fireplace out on the deck is a great place to relax. Kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you want. Communication with the host, as well as check in/checkout went very smooth. Fully stocked Dollar General and gas station roughly 12-15min. away.

Beautiful Mountain Stay

We have stayed at other properties in this same community around this time of year (Fall), and we really loved this home and host. The internet at the home is sufficient to support devices and streaming TV, and there are plenty of hikes and outdoor activities nearby to occupy your time. This house was very convenient, everything was in good working order, the views were spectacular. We enjoyed really good weather, beautiful stars, and just getting away from the city for a few days. Definitely would recommend for a group or a larger family, but it was just two of us and that worked out great!

The house was perfect for our summer vacation to the Snowshoe, WV area. The view of the mountains from the house is worth every penny! The hosts are very helpful communicating with their guests and take great proud in providing a satisfactory stay for their guests. Highly recommend this property

We loved staying at this beautiful space near Snowshoe. The view was magnificent! It was a little warm upon arrival, but I don't fault anyone for that! I don't think anyone was expecting such a heat wave so high in the mountains. After a few hours, the AC did it's job and we were cool as cucumbers! We were tickled by the selection of games. The wifi worked great. We had a blast and will definitely keep this property in mind for our next visit. A few storms blew through while we were there and WOW! It was so beautiful with all of the windows in the front. I can't imagine how gorgeous it is when the snow rolls through.
