Five bedrooms boast plenty of room for family and friends to take in all of the fun Lake Gaston has to offer! 5 minutes to restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores for anything you may need during your stay. Marina access to bring your own boat that can be parked in private slip, or seconds away from several rental options to explore the lake. Home is well equipped and ready for your next lake vacation!

4th of July vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home directly on Lake Gaston. I brought my boat which made the stay even more enjoyable. Accommodating host!

The Perch

The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! The best VRBO we have ever rented!!!! Will book again when in the area.

Beautiful home with beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perched at the Pointe. The house is AMAZING! So many rooms with beautiful views of the lake! The Host stocked the house with anything you might need. I would only request to have the phone number of the Host to make contact easier.

Amazing vacation

My 3 boys 2 sisters neice and nephew all wanted to get away thos was the perfect place had 5 bedrooms 2 living area right on the lake couldnt ask for a better place. The house was sto led for everything we needed definitely would stay again f in the area

Memorial Day weekend

Perfect location! Lovely condo, helpful owner, and views for days. We enjoyed the nightly music from The Pointe and had a blast on the water. Condo is equipment for making meals or near restaurants if "off the clock."

New Year Celebration with the friends

I may suggest to the host to make more precise info about direction. We were coming at sunset time and got very distracted with beauty of surroundings and could not find the rowboat street. But post office lady brought us to the house . Since that moment , we enjoyed everything in this house : nice bedrooms with balconies and beautiful views , 3 levels home that allow to find privacy, kitchen is full of pots, pans , plates , even shot glasses and personality etc …. We had very good time . Thank you Ivy and George and Happy New Year everyone who reads this comment .

Extremely convenient

We needed an extra space for families traveling in for the 4th of July weekend. The townhome was awesome.
