Something for everyone! This newly renovated & spacious house is located in a quiet gated community & has it all. Community amenities include a large pool, gym, Bocce ball, putting green, & shuffle board. All just steps from the front door.

It is a brief walk to Blue Mountain Beach, Point Washington State Forest, & some of the best restaurants on 30A.

On the first level you’ll find a newly-decorated living room, half bath, dining room, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, laundry room (w/ 2 washers & 2 dryers), and access to the large screened-in porch where you can relax and watch a family movie or a game on the big-screen TV in the evening as the day cools down.

On the front porch, to the right, is a beach box with chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, bodyboards, and more available.

Up the stairs to the second level you’ll find 4 of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms on this level contain showers but not tubs.

Up the last set of stairs to the third level you’ll find the two remaining ensuite large bedrooms. One ensuite bathroom contains a bath/shower combo and the other contains a shower. One bedroom has two large balconies (with a partial view of the Gulf) and the other contains a small “Juliette” balcony.

Spacious Oasis

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house is truly perfect for large groups to have a relaxing and spacious stay. The house is a quick walk to a beautiful pool area and about a 2-4 min drive from crystal clear beaches. The house was very clean upon arrival and any minor things were quickly resolved by the hosts. If you’re traveling with a large group and concerned about everyone having their own space, this is the house for you! The balconies have gorgeous views and the short distance to delicious restaurants was truly unbeatable. My group does this trip every year, and this home is absolutely one of our favorite picks thus far. 10/10!

Amazing

Super easy check in and house as clean. It was located near many different attractions. Host was very understanding and helpful while responding in’s timely manner. Would stay again.

Perfect stay in Blue Mountain Beach

We had an amazing stay in Blue Mountain Beach. The property was even better than anticipated. Three families traveling together had more than enough space in the home. Caitlin, made communication a breeze and was prompt to answer any inquiries we had throughout our stay. The house was equipped with all the essentials and the layout was great for privacy and enough space for all. The bedrooms were clean nd spacious and having multiple balconies to enjoy was a bonus. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and evening gatherings. The pool was a two minute walk from the property and which was convenient on the days we opted to stay home from the beach. The beach was a short walk and we also were in driving distance to lots of beaches in the area. Some restaurants were within walking distance and others a short drive away. This house was the perfect spot along 30A to explore. We hope to return again one day!!

Family Vacation for the WIN!

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation staying here!! it is an absolutely beautiful area along 30 A with an amazing coffee shop and ice cream parlor at the end of the neighborhood. The pool was actually really nice even though we weren’t aware it was a shared pool. It worked out pretty great to have a big fence surrounding a pool, so if you have Littles, you don’t have the worry of them walking out of your house into a pool area! The communication was absolutely amazing. Every time we messaged they responded very quickly. The house is huge and accommodated 15 very active family members including seven little kids ranging from 2 to 13. The game table was a huge hit. The rooms and beds were super comfortable and we absolutely loved the screened in back patio. there were just a few things we were a little disappointed about. The walk is much further than explained in some of the reviews. If you have a little kids it was a little too far for us. We rented a golf cart and also drove early to get a parking spot. We feel since it was the end of the summer. The house could have been cleaned much better prior to our arrival, the bathrooms/floors/handrails/tables weren’t cleaned well. The kitchen was clean but smelled STRONG of fabuluso and strong bleach.the shared bathrooms do not lock -the upstairs had a terrible smell that kind of lingered. I feel it was who cleaned it not the owners fault. I would hire someone else and that would be solved.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. We came with a group of 12 people and there was plenty of space and bedrooms! The host was very nice and responded to my messages! It was very clean and in a great area where we were able to walk to the beach and to the coffee/ice cream shops at the entrance of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

The best house!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful and sits in the perfect location. Caitlin and Peter were very responsive, helpful, and so kind. We could not have asked for a better week!

Blue Mountain Beach is a small community with a laid back beach town vibe and some of the BEST beaches in the US. Crystal clear water and white sand for miles! We’re located in the gated Village of Blue Mountain Beach. The wonderful community pool and fitness center is just a 1 min walk from the house, one street over. The Village is .5 miles to the public beach access (w/limited beach parking and bathrooms). It takes us about 12 min to walk to the beach (a straight path from the neighborhood entrance with sidewalks the whole way), or 2 minutes with a golf cart or bicycle (both can be dropped off by local rental companies) On your way to the Blue Mountain Beach entrance you’ll pass the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, so be sure to stop and get some ice cream! There are also many delicious restaurants in the area that are in walking distance from the house. Also, within a mile or so of our house are more than 6 public-access white-sand beaches, including a state park with secluded beaches and wind-swept dunes. The community is surrounded by state forests and miles of hiking trails and paved bike paths. Active vacationers will want to enjoy golfing, bicycling on the coastline’s 22 mile bike and jogging path, go-carting, putt-putting, YOLO boarding, parasailing, swimming, sun-bathing, fishing, kayaking, and so much more.
