Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Treasure Island Resort Condominium is a premier upscale resort located directly on the beautiful sugar–white sands of Panama City Beach in the popular Thomas Drive area. Dubbed “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” thanks to its powder–soft sands and emerald–green waters, Panama City Beach, Florida offers a year–round mild climate, with exciting attractions including world–class dining, shopping, nightlife and unlimited outdoor recreational activities.
Located just a short walk from St. Andrew State Park and several of the best restaurants in the world.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival.

The condo was very clean. The floors were the cleanest I have seen in a condo over the last years. Love the balcony view and being on the beach. Love having beach chairs included. Everything you need is in the condo.

Excellent condo

The condo was clean and very spacious for a two bedroom. The inclusion of the chairs and umbrella service at the beach was a big plus.

The furniture was nice and updated. The beds were comfortable. The deck furniture was also top notch! The free beach service was an added bonus. The property here is amazing and away from the hustle, so traffic at this end of the beach is perfect. There is plenty of dining you can walk to or just a short driver. There is onsite food and drinks, which I can’t say enough about Liza’s! They are my favorite! Can’t wait to come back!

Great family getaway

Came down with my family for a long weekend and couldn’t imagine a better place! Easy walk to the beach, balcony wasn’t too high even being on the 8th floor, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Tremendous Condo!

Our family travels to treasure island every year. We absolutely love this resort, and this unit was simply fantastic. The unit was well furnished with all the basic items you'd need for a stay. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very well taken care of and clean. If you value balcony views, I'm here to tell you that the views here simply cannot be beat. This unit is in the perfect spot, high enough for gorgeous views, but not so high that you're in the clouds! We'll be back again and again. You can not go wrong stay here!

Love Treasure Island

Our stay was great. Only two items I would comment on. Workers at front desk could have been a bit more friendly. Not sure what the issue was because they weren’t busy when we arrived. Also the light in the master bath toilet room did not work. We love Treasure Island and have been vacationing there for about 10 years now. We may have to try other places in the future because the rental and fees have gone up so much!

The condo is really nice. I would recommend to everyone. My only issues were that the balcony was under construction and it would have been nice to have advance warning or to have a balcony we could enjoy....Most likely doesn't apply typically but it was a bummer for us. Also the incorrect password for wifi. Still a great place.

Spring Break Getaway

We had an amazing time in PCB! The condo is beautiful and spacious with cute decor. I loved the little glass flamingos. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans that you will need for cooking. The thermostat was reading 84 when we entered the condo; we contacted the host and was told not to set the thermostat below 71 or the unit will freeze up. So; we set the thermostat to 71 and slept with the doors open. We ended up having to sleep with the doors open evey night as the unit was still blowing out leukwarm air up until the day we left. I would stay here again but will request the black mold be washed off the shower walls and floor.

Unit matched online listing. The living room pullout couch/bed has seen its better days. The unit was decorated nicely and loved the bathrooms and bedrooms. The balcony was nice with the furniture and much better after the tornado when the table and chairs were replaced. The gym room was very small and could use some updating. Loved the coffee and donut meeting every Friday. The views of the ocean were perfect. One item, which was for all who were staying during January - March was the outside maintenance occuring on the balconies for check the structure of the decks and then expoxy the cracks for next round of painting with the walls. Too much noise and the jackhammering was painful.. Had to move outside or away from the room units and felt like the Vrbo listing should have alerted potential guests of the maintenance issue.

Two unpleasant weeks

We were stunned to find all the balcony furniture in the living room and bedroom upon entering the property. The furniture was caked with sand. The balcony was being painted in stages and we had no use of it during our entire two week stay. The painters were up and down on the staging several times each day so there was no privacy to be had. At one point, all our windows were taped up with brown paper for two days. There were zero hangers in the master closet and only four in the other closet. It took housekeeping days to bring new hangers. The floors were dirty and sandy. The toilets were dirty. The soap holder in the master bath was caked with old soap. The drainage in the master shower was clogged and drained very slowly. Pots and pans had a greasy film; some had deep scratches. Some glasses and utensils were not clean. Coffee pot had old filter and coffee grinds in it. There were not enough plates, etc., not even a microwave food cover. We were given an incorrect wi-fi login code and it took two days to straighten it out. Property manager was not helpful. The couches were very uncomfortable. In looking through the guest book, other renters had complained about the same things but nothing has been done to remedy the situation. We would have preferred to leave a glowing review, however, this property, Treasure Island #808, does not warrant it. It was very disappointing.
