This recently renovated apartment is a perfect place to stay within minutes of fabulous Lake Burton. The open-floorplan retreat features 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, large living and dining area, kitchen is equipped with dishes and cookware and a large outdoor deck.

Located in the Sugar Mill Creek tiny home village on Lake Burton, you'll have exactly what you need to relax before venturing off on many of the areas mountain lake-life amenities.

Please, no four-legged friends.

Also, no boats, campers, trailers, etc. are allowed into the community.

Perfection

This was a great place to stay. It was close enough to Helen, yet far enough away from the tourists. The house was very comfortable and cozy. Spacious and fun. The only thing I would if changed was the kitchen supplies. Certain things had to be bought in order to have the home amenities we are used to. There was an amazing dining spot right down the road that had a tent market on the weekend. Everyone on the grounds were super friendly and having the gate gave that extra secure feeling.

Great stay in North Ga

This was a very enjoyable stay and I loved the layout of the apartment. They had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay at this home again.

Apartment that feels like a Cabin

Apartment is huge and great for a couple or pair of couples. Really close to downtown Clarkesville and Helen. Bleu Canoe down the street was amazing

Great place!

We stayed here over the labor day weekend. Cute little apartment, quiet peaceful area. There were some miscomunications. There was no mention of us not being allowed to use the club house. And although the listing said the lake was a 3 minute walk, the manager informed us there was no lake access. The manager her self was very sweet. Her name is Lisa. If you go to this property I highly recommend meeting her. They are new to vrbo and I know they will only get better with time.

Wonderful Stay

We loved this little community of tiny homes! This rental is above the clubhouse so you can see the whole neighborhood from the top of the awesome deck. They have so many fire pits and the best little creek that runs through the neighborhood, which the kids loved. The area is so well kept. The rental was perfect for our needs. We were visiting friends who have a home on Lake Burton, so we were on the lake most of the time, but the rental was very clean, the A/C worked great (we went during a heat wave) and had everything we needed, no complaints! The beds were more soft than what we normally sleep on but that's a personal preference. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

The property was amazing! Such a cute little find and close to Lake Burton and Downtown! From booking to check-in, the process was seamless. Would absolutely stay again!

Cutest little place!

This space is so cute and just what we needed for our trip to the state softball tournament! It’s clean and quiet and perfect for an “off the grid” trip. No cell service but great Wi-Fi and a tv to keep us entertained. Board games available for our family to play. A little short on what we needed in the house for our full stay (toilet paper and trash bags) but no big deal. The bathroom was my favorite!! Overall the best little place!

Cutest little getaway!

This is the cutest place for a much needed getaway! My husband and I had the best time and found this to be in a perfect location near really good restaurants, marinas, etc. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The home was very clean and very well kept! Also had really good WiFi and cell service which can be hard to find in rural mountain areas! The home was well stocked and was just a lovely place to stay!
