The house is very comfortable although outdated. We arrived while the cleaning lady was still there and she was very helpful in showing us the house. It was very clean and welcoming. We were unable to open the fireplace doors at all so it was disappointing that were unable to build a fire after hauling wood there for that purpose. Also, the "stereo" (boombox) didn't work. Other than that we enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the privacy of the bedrooms and attached baths. The river is right behind the house and it is a beautiful area.

Overall the house was nice. Floors were dirty and needed cleaned when we checked in and a lot of the dishes had old food stuck to them. The parking says 4 cars but failed to mention how tight the driveway is. You either have to back all the way down the driveway around the curve or back all the way out, no where to turn around. The WiFi went out on Wednesday and never got fixed. We called the maintenance number and no one ever showed up. There’s zero cell service without wifi. I had to drive in town to a cafe to do some work and send a few emails. The house overall is fine but definitely need to find better cleaners and maintenance.

Cabin was very cozy and clean. Located right on Tiger creek and the kids has a blast playing in the water. Lots of deck space relaxing with beautiful views. We will definitely be back soon.

Great location when hiking to waterfalls. Loved the arrowhead falls right outside back door. Patio was great.House is dated and dusty. More like a camping experience rather than cozy clean home. WiFi was very slow. Was hoping to play pingpong but no balls.

Perfect setting. Lots and lots of stairs. Would have been 5 stars across the board if the house water hadn’t turned brown. Not sure if it is always that way or if there was an issue with water lines. But the water ran muddy by the time we were getting ready to check out. Spacious. Loved the layout and the views were spectacular.

Loved the property and location. There was a water problem on lower level and thought it was a plumbing problem. The tv area could not be used because the rug was wet. There was mold in shower of master bedroom. Would be nice to have a single cup coffee maker. Cleaners should ck under sofa cushions downstairs. Enjoyed our family time at property. Thanks

Family Times

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room, especially bathrooms. We enjoyed the waterfall and fire pit. The kids had a ball with the toys while the adults played pool and ping-pong. Great place close to Clayton and to local waterfalls.

Great time at Arrowhead Falls

Wonderful location, right on a rushing creek, complete with waterfalls. Close to state parks, wineries, and great shopping and restaurants in Clayton. Lots of space to spread out, even though there were only two of us. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great shower. We spent most of our time on the deck, listening to the creek and enjoying the privacy.

Leaking Basement

This is the second time we’ve rented the property and it will be the last.The location and views are great but the house is in bad shape.When we arrived at the property on Thursday there was a maintenance technician there. He left rather quickly when we arrived. When we went into the lower living area we found the carpet was wet in the bedroom and a big puddle of water in the living area. I called the number to report the issue and was assured someone would come out. They didn’t. I was texting with the rental company and called again and was told no one was available to look into the leak. I later figured out that there must have been a broken sewer line that was leaking into that room. We closed it off and was not able to use part of the house. One of the worst rental experience we have ever had. I hope someone actually reads this and reaches out.

Wedding

Waterfall and rushing creek in back yard is an amazing site and sound. Nothing like a fire in the fireplace and the sound of the rushing creek and waterfall. Everything was as listed and shopping was close bye to get anything you may have forgot to bring. Will come back in the spring.

Mountain getaway

This place was awesome! Backs up right to Tiger creek with some beautiful waterfalls, right in the back yard! Highly recommend for a fishing or hiking getaway in the mountains and creeks of North Georgia!

Beautiful Place

My family I stayed here for my nephews wedding and it was wonderful! the stream running along side the house was so calming. So many places to enter and exit. I hope to stay again when it is not raining.

That backyard view is worth every penny

The home is very spacious and you cannot beat the backyard view. If you are sleeping on the top floor, the sound of the creek at night will give you the best sleep ever. good value for money and a great location. A bit of road noise if you are on the main floor bedroom but not the end of the world. It’s a bit dated but a good spot to stay.

Fun time with the boys

Came up for an event with some buddies and really enjoyed being by the river and just taking it all in. Truly beautiful property! Pictures don’t do it justice
