CONDO UPDATE: We wanted to let all future guests know that the first and only VRBO review was a bit unfair to this property and we have since removed the A/C unit that was causing some noise. There was really no reason for a 1-star review as this is a fantastic unit.

The Space
This immaculate 2-story villa offers an open and airy living space with high ceilings and abundant natural light. The west-facing orientation allows you to enjoy the afternoon sun in the courtyard and stunning sunsets from the upstairs balcony. The cozy kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for indoor meals, while the villa's over 1,700 sq ft ensures plenty of space to spread out.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom, upstairs balcony, and mountain views
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom, downstairs for privacy
Loft: Additional couch and TV, ideal for a second living or sleeping space
Outdoor Living
The private courtyard is your own desert oasis, featuring a heated spa (heat included), BBQ grill, fire pit, and seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Location
Centrally located in Palm Springs, this villa is located within a privately gated and quaint community. No car is needed to enjoy the best of downtown Palm Springs, making it ideal for those who want a true urban desert retreat.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+
• Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
