Kitchen is updated with new appliances and granite countertops Fully stocked for cooking at home. Washer and dryer. The AVALON complex is a quiet gated community and features club house, large heated, resort style swimming pool, barbecue area and gym. It is only minutes walking distance from Publix supermarket, pharmacy and liquor.
7 minutes drive to the one of the most beautiful beach of Florida, Clearwater Beach, It is also minutes away from both Tampa and Clearwater/St. Petersburg International Airports, which makes it easily accessible from all over the world.

This place is perfect.

Our owner of our condo was the nicest man. He would do anything to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds are impeccable and it felt very safe.

Wonderful Stay

Property was everything as advertised! Great location, close to beaches, shopping and sporting venues. Host offered excellent communication through out the process. The unit was well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommended!

This condo is very clean. The kitchen is great. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was quiet and very relaxing. It’s a great get away spot for my husband and me.

Great Condo Stay

We had a great stay at this first floor condo--everything was tidy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cooking supplies, and with new appliances. The Avalon is a great condo complex with a beautiful heated pool, friendly neighbors, and convenient to shopping and the beach. We got our steps in walking the complex and in the gym. Five stars to Tom for his prompt communications!
