3 Connecting suites in a 6 suite complex that sleep up to 28ppl centrally located steps from the BEACH. Onsite POOL with lounge chairs, outdoor seating and BBQ grills. Direct Access to World Famous Daytona Beach full of family friendly activities, attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. 5 minutes drive to Ocean walk and 10minutes on bus. Amazing location with public transportation in front, and walking distance to the Bellair Plaza full of grocery stores, shops and much more!

Newly furnished with Washer/Dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans included. Toiletries, hairdryer, linen and towels provided. Beach towels and chairs provided for fun at the Beach! Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi and board games for entertainment.

Guests will have access to 3 suites with 3 full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, 2 separate living rooms, island with seating area and 5 bedrooms. Onsite parking for up to 6- 8 cars.

Run Down Property

I spent a lot of money booking this property and unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay. The property was dirty and had multiple encounters with cockroaches. The listing says you get the whole home, but in reality the home is split into 5 units and you get 3 of the 5. This was never said in the listing and staying here with female coworkers it wasn’t ideal to have other random people at the property. The layout of the rooms is also very weird with some rooms not having an actual locking door. The front door was also extremely hard to lock, this property definitely needs some renovating to do.

Massive place

Such a beautiful place. It is unassuming on the outside, but once you step inside be prepared to be blown away. This place is huge, 10 beds and extra mattresses to accommodate more people. The pool was private and enclosed, the kids had a blast. The beach is right across the street and the views of the ocean from the apartment was breathtaking. Definitely worth it if you have a large group! I would love to be back here.
