First off, Daniel the property manager (owner) communication was awesome, his response times were quickly. It would be a disservice for me not to give a honest review of our stay from March 6 -8, 2026. Although Daniel was accomodating to us checking in early, the pictures online were very deceiving compared to seeing the house in person. When pulling up to the house, there was a big disappointment on the outside, in desperate need of paint, landscape, and the broken concrete driveway. Although it's an oversized lot, there are 2 boats side by side that takes up a good amount of the drive way. Once inside, you can see the renovation focused on the kitchen n the downstairs bedroom. The furniture on the first floor is very old, leather couch and the white chair is dingy, causing us not wanting to sit on them. The second floor furniture was pretty similar. On the second floor, 2 of the bedroom doors would not stay shut as well as the bathroom door. The third floor furniture was the same as the other floors. The beds were very cheap in each room and squeaked like crazy, the bed linen n comfort are old and dingy causing a very uncomfortable feeling sleeping on them. The 3 entrance door aren't very secure, which also give you discomfort about feeling safe. From my personal experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone without letting them know real time pictures inside and arial view of the outside so they know exactly before booking non refudable!

Reason I chose this home was the history and charm of the home. Centrally located in the heart of Daytona. 5 min to the speedway. 5 min to the beach. Walking distance to nightlife bars and restaurants

Our property stands out from the rest. Simply put lots of Space. Three stories. 1st floor has the Master bedroom for those who don't want to or can't use the stairs. 2nd story 3 spacious bedrooms. 3rd floor has the whole floor to roam around in.
