Morning coffee next to your fireplace cozied up in a blanket as you watch the water. Or if you’re up to it, walk or drive down to Noosah for cup of Joe. Sometimes they have an outdoor fire!

An afternoon shopping, eating at our amazing restaurants, play pool at the Sand Bar, or just chill.
Our beautiful, clean, cozy, well appointed condo is on the water & one of the best locations in Saugatuck

We own three amazing properties in Sauggy

Our guests are #1 which is why we personally host

Did you know, we have 2 units close to one another? Traveling with another couple? You may be able to rent both units.

We have teamed up with the Beachway resort across the street, you will have resort access with an outdoor pool and breakfast snacks. Our guests have use of all the amenities the resort offers! Parking is also included. If you plan to use the Beachway amenities, they are typically available memorial day through Labor Day.

Please inquire as to whether or not the hotel is open before you book if you plan to use these perks.


Hop on the chain ferry (Memorial Day through Labor Day only) literally steps away.
We are located on the same side as Oval beach. Mt. Baldy is right outside your door.
The Beachway resort helps our guests when needed. They are available most anytime.

******Important*****Our walls are thin. Please be conscious of your noise level. We have installed noise machines in the bedroom and the fan option on the wall air unit.

Guests are not allowed on the lower dock/level.

We checked in through The Beachway. Kim quickly made some corrections to our amenities. The facilities were clean, modern. The balcony view of the Kalamazoo River was lovely!

Perfect couple mini vacation

This place has fantastic views, very convenient to take the chain ferry over to town, so close to oval beach, and overall very comfortable!! Would book again.

Well done!

Everything about this property is well done! Decor is super cute! The vibe on the river is exciting and relaxing! We really enjoyed our stay. All was made easy, lots of storage, clean, kitchen well accomodated and comfortable bed. The owners were very good communicators and quick to assist.

Anniversary Getaway

A little piece of heaven. As we pulled up it felt like we were in the jungle a bit, beautiful trees and nestled into a hillside. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed were the water views. Situated directly across from “The Barge” restaurant and bar, so fun to people watch! Back to the interior though… super renovated and upscale. The kitchen was a dream with the huge granite slab and stainless appliances. Bedroom was cozy with ambient lighting and a ceiling fan. The bathroom shower was powerful. My husband is a snorer (lol) so I loved that the living room couch pulled out to a comfy bed and there was an abundance of blankets and pillows available . We had a rainstorm the last night and the TV had tons of options for movies and streaming. Our favorite feature was definitely the spacious patio with great seating and amazing views. You can spend your entire trip watching the boats and people. The host was very helpful and attentive with any questions and checking on us the entire trip. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back !

Wedding anniversary weekend

Nice condo. We needed a close location to Ivy House for a wedding. Kim made sure the bed was a king for us. Everything was clean, plenty of amenities. It was fun watching the boats go by & we enjoyed some good nature walks. It’s close to the beach-a quick drive. A very beautiful destination area. We had a good time. Thank you very much.

The location was just as advertised. Unit was clean and quaint, well decorated, with stunning views! Easy access to town and management support was excellent when needed.
