Located in downtown Saugatuck- walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Walk across the street to the river or take the chain fairy to Oval beach-top 5 most beautiful in the world. Head to Felt Mansion and the state park to hike on huge sand dunes that lead to the most beautiful beaches on lake Michigan with breath taking sunsets.

Comfortable and thoughtfully furnished

Everything you need is included in this beautiful 1 bedroom loft. Easy access to Holland and South Haven. Nice area for walking.

My husband and I spent a couple days in Holland/Saugatuck area antique shopping and exploring. This condo was perfect, and fit all of our needs. Very clean, stocked with staples, cute decor, and location is great!

Relaxing Getaway

Dawn was amazing, the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect with a shot walk to downtown and all the fun things to do. Super close to Douglas where we caught up with my wifes brother and husband! I def will stay here again!!!!

Fantastic Property!

We loved everything about this place. The decor was so pretty, the bed was super comfortable, and all of the extras that were provided (beach accessories, chairs, games) were great. The balcony was our favorite spot for morning coffee and unwinding at the end of a busy day. I came with a friend but am already planning for a return trip with my husband. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot for a Saugatuck getaway

Perfect!

The apartment was perfect for our family with two toddlers. The location was great for walking into town and close to the playground. The apartment was beautifully updated and clean and had everything we needed (including beach toys and games). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

My family and I have stayed at numerous rentals now and Dawn’s so far is my favorite. Hands down. I’m very particular and generally not comfortable away home, but this house was exceptional. It was so clean and so comfortable. We could walk everywhere but didn’t have foot traffic. It was lovely and I slept so well. Our favorite restaurants were the southerner and the farmhouse deli.
