Located in downtown Saugatuck- walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Walk across the street to the river or take the chain fairy to Oval beach-top 5 most beautiful in the world. Head to Felt Mansion and the state park to hike on huge sand dunes that lead to the most beautiful beaches on lake Michigan with breath taking sunsets.

The unit had everything needed for our stay. The place was very clean and well maintained and had no issues with check in or check out. I would definitely recommend this unit to others. We visit saugatuck often and would book this unit again.

Wow! We were so impressed with the Nature Preserve Cottages. We stayed in the Lilly Pad. It was very clean & comfortable—perfect for a great get-away weekend. The decor was beautiful, and the extra special amenities were so nice. They thought of everything. It’s an easy walk to restaurants & shopping. We plan to come back!

The apartment is wonderful. The decor is beautiful. Everything you could want including beach chairs are there. There is a lovely deck that you can relax on and when you overheat, the air conditioned interior is perfect. If you live cooking, the kitchen is worthy!

The interior space was clean and spacious. It was well-equipped with dishes and cooking materials. It also had indoor games and outdoor beach materials. The balcony was large and allowed for nice morning coffee and evening conversation.

Everything you need is included in this beautiful 1 bedroom loft. Easy access to Holland and South Haven. Nice area for walking.

Great stay!

Property was very clean! Very close to social district. We enjoyed a nightcap on the deck in comfy chairs! Dawn responded nearly immediately when we had an internet issue and fixed it right away. We will be back!

Beautiful place. Tastefully decorated. Close to downtown Saugatuck. Had a lot of kitchen amenities if your family was going to cook meals. We had an issue with the bathroom circuit breaker blowing and not being able to reset it. Property manager said it would be fixed the same day, but unfortunately this was not the case and it wasn’t repaired when we left.

My husband and I spent a couple days in Holland/Saugatuck area antique shopping and exploring. This condo was perfect, and fit all of our needs. Very clean, stocked with staples, cute decor, and location is great!

Stay at Saugatuck

Perfect cottage for our stay. Very clean and modern with all the amenities. Close walk to downtown. If we’re ever in town, would love to stay here again.
