Siesta Breakers on the Gulf

Location was perfect! Condo well stocked. Designated Covered parking close to elevator and room only a few steps away! View of beautiful oceanfront from master, living room and screened in balcony! FREE Beach loungers! Private Beach Awesome!!! Looking forward to going back. Greg was great host and easy to reach.

This property was wonderful. It was very clean and spacious. Location was great with the beach on one side and restaurants and shops on the other. Greg was quick to respond to questions which really helped me with any travel nerves.

Great stay at Siesta Breakers

This condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Pictures are 100% accurate. We loved access to the beach and having chairs provided each day. There is also a beach attendant that you can rent umbrellas from each day. We enjoyed being across the street from restaurants and bars and also across the street from a small market which has all the essentials you need. The frog hopper and trolley come by often so transportation to/from the village shops and restaurants is a breeze. The host was responsive and great to work with.

Amazing Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Siesta Breakers. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and more! We had a great view of the amazing beach and we will definitely be going back. Greg was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love the location and the walkability factor. Such a great vibe!

Lovely condo

We had a great time staying here! Nicely decorated and provided everything you could possibly need. Lots of kitchen supplies to make dinner in, or eat out at close by restaurants or run to the market across the street. Beach chairs provided by siesta breakers on their private beach, but they also had 4 chairs and an umbrella. Greg was very quick to respond to my messages. Overall a wonderful stay. Book here!

Well appointed, steps from the beach

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key at this condo. The condo itself was well stocked with beach towels, beach toys, kitchen supplies, toiletries and cleaning items. It’s clear this isn’t just a rental property and the owners love and care for the space. Definitely will stay again! Siesta Key is awesome. Beautiful beach just steps away with a beach attendant to set up chairs, umbrellas or canopies for you. The pool is large and great when you need a break from the beach. Highly recommend .

Amazing Stay

The property was perfect for what we needed. Loved the proximity to the beach, the view, restaurants and a market. It was also really nice that the often not provided necessities were available as well like paper towels, laundry pods, dish and hand soap. Tennis court was great too. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to stay again in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool area was always kept clean and we enjoyed the pool everyday and night. The beach was ran smoothly and we always had plenty of space for our family to enjoy.

Perfect location

My family stayed for spring break. We loved the very convenient location! The pool location and quick access to the beach was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and there were extras for the beach. We had a lovely screened in porch with a very nice view of the beach. The furniture and beds were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The carpet is older and would be nicer if it were updated or hardwood, but it was fine. There were a few lights that were either out or not working and one outlet not working. We would definitely return!

My wife and I just returned home from our 4 weeklong Siesta Key vacation. Greg was a wonderful host, and we thank him for allowing us into his beautiful condo. We've been vacationing in Siesta Key back to the mid-eighties and have stayed at Siesta Breakers previously. Great condo, great unit, great host. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect Accommodations and Excellent Location

This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and this is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The accommodations were top notch, and the beach location was ideal. This well appointed property provided all the necessities for a vacation on the beach. Rental includes one reserved automobile parking space (covered parking) at the condo, complimentary beach chairs on the private beach. The swimming pool and grounds are immaculate, as is the condo itself. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach and bath towels, board games and books. Close proximity to the Siesta Key trolley, and across the street from a small grocery market, restaurants, and shopping. There was absolutely nothing about our stay here that disappointed. The property owner is responsive and wonderful to work with, if questions arise.

Beautiful spacious condo

I have never stayed I at rental so large, well equipped, and wonderfully located. The unit was beautiful and had everything we could possibly ask for. The complex is beautiful and close to many restaurants and on quieter Crescent Beach. I would like to have stayed much longer. This unit is a real gem.
