We have you covered from the kitchen with plenty of counter tops, a dishwasher, ice maker gas cooking range, utensils cookware and even dish soap and paper towels. TV in living room and every bedroom. Washer dryer towels linens body wash shampoo. Pack your clothes and food that's all you need
Downstairs is available for additional fee of 70 a night which includes extra cleaning. Prior
arrangement needed for preparation time. Approx 800sq ft. two air mattresses one with built-in air pump plus full size cot style bed. Laundry room small fridge and few kitchen items with hot plate and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and access to backyard with separate entry.

I previously lived in Zephyrhills Florida (north of Tampa) where I grew up. Pensacola has been my home since 2005. I love being close to the water and enjoy taking my little boat out in the bay fishing crabbing or camping. Riding my electric bike is another fun thing I love doing.

The neighborhood is a desirable area of Pensacola with upscale homes many parks and often people jogging or walking their dogs. And no worries about hearing dogs barking, you won't hear a sound from them. It is very quiet and peaceful.
