Ideal location and spacious, beds comfy and house clean. It is slightly dated and would benefit from a kettle ( especially for UK/European visitors) bit overall an excellent stay and great value for money.

The overall space worked fine for our group of 6. Host was very tentative I was the one slow motion with responding. Location was close to family, mall, and plenty of eateries.

The property is as listed and stated by Clarance, the owner. Clarance is very responsive to requests we had. The house is older and mostly well kept, but could use some repairs. There are some nice and convenient amenities. The beds are comfy and the is a working TV in each room. and the air conditioning and fans work well. Only one small bathroom for 3 rooms, but is manageable.The yard is large and clean for kids and dogs. Be advised the house is on a busy corner and traffic can be heard. Parking is only in the driveway, which can park three cars, but no parking on street in front and no sidewalk. Convenient to Pensecola downtown, Pensecola Beach and the airport. Overall a good stay.

Check in was super easy,butThere were a few things that I questioned, but overall it is a nice place. There was a sewage smell that came from the bathroom and a ?motion detector? in one room that has the door to the back yard.

Mini get away for family

Absolutely enjoy staying at this property very cozy. Sitting in the backyard is my favorite spot.It’s central to mostly everything entertainment, food, and family wise that you would like also the beach. Our choice every time we are in Pensacola.

Weeks getaway

The house was easy to find and very clean. The only thiing that was questionable was the neighborhood... not 5 minutes after being there a homeless man was knocking on the door wanting money....Overall a good stay and will stay again.

Nice and comfortable

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property and really appreciate all that was provided. The convenience of getting to everything was great for my family and I. Only thing I would say was not so good was the screen door wasn’t attached. I will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Very comfortable home. Small, but the perfect size for our family.

The home is very clean. It's a small home, but we had everything we needed. Spacious backyard. The TV/family room was comfortable. Only downfall was the very small bathroom - there was no counter space and no place to hang towels. Overall, it was very cozy.

Wonderful little house!

We stayed for one night and it was perfect. Some highlights: the house is very clean and comfortable, there was coffee in the morning, the back yard is huge and very pleasant for resting! The only downside of the property is completely out of the owner's control: traffic noise at night. You should definitely consider a stay here!

Clean and comfortable!

My family stayed in this property for one night while in town for a funeral. We found this place very easily. It had plenty of room for all four of us. The property is VERY clean, and has a big open backyard with patio furniture. Plenty of towels and washcloths were available. We would absolutely stay again. Mr. Clarence was easy and nice to communicate with.
