My family and I stay at this property was awesome! We chose Thanksgiving week for our stay. Shana was amazing. The location is close to everything. The house was beautiful. We look forward to our next visit.

This is by far the best vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. The host has so well through out every aspect of this experience for the guest and everything is better than expected.

This house is so stylish while remaining comfortable and affordable. The location was great and the backyard was perfect for my little dog. Shanna, the host, was so easy to work with. The instructions were easy to follow and the house is so clean. I highly recommend this house!

Adorable cottage - very nice, comfortable, quiet property and perfect for us to travel with our 2 dogs. Nice fenced in yard. Convenient location. Would stay there again.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay, beautiful home and windows, our kids loved the fenced-in yard and the hammock. The immediate neighborhood was a little sketchy, but it was close to some wonderful parks for the kids and the dog!

We really enjoyed the house ! Never did locate the recycling container. Front bedroom.was missing a window shade....we improvised with a black plastic tablecloth from Dollar Tree ! Three bedrooms were great, as well as the washer and dryer. The backyard was perfect for Dobby 🐶

Amazing Pensacola Home

This home was beautiful! The host had so many little touches that made it even better! Extra plug in places and chargers were one of them. Extra towels, and blankets. Even a beach canopy to use. Cooking essentials in the kitchen including coffee and tea. Home is laid out very open and nice. My older kids loved the hammock in the back yard they used it every night to relax in. Host answered any questions we had quickly. The beach was only a 15-20 min drive. Plenty of parks and restaurants nearby as well. We absolutely loved our time here!

Good value for large, pet-friendly family

Beautifully renovated home. I loved that we could bring our pets and the fenced-in backyard was perfect. Parking more than two cars without blocking the home in the back was one challenge. The location is great proximity to downtown and the beach but the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy - be careful at night. Overall would stay again.

This is it !!

The place was awesome, enough room for my big group. Beautiful inside, very inviting and very comfy, it has everything you may need while on vacation. I would definitely recommend this place. The owner is very nice and prompt. All in all this was a very enjoyable vacation for us.

Fun times!

I have a large family (8+ people) when we stay places people tend to get nervous. This place was amazing, my family showed up and felt at home. I found the bed in the back room was perfect for my back pain. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. I will stay here again!

Excellent

This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Super cute, homey, and suppled with everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was perfect! We were so close to downtown where we needed to be 5 days while we were there. It was a wonderful vacation!!

Eastside Sunshine Escape

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at this property. The homeowner was kind, attentive, and quick to handle any request. The home is well taken care of and decorated. There are touches that make it feel like you live there. I really enjoyed the back yard, grill, and hammock. I am ver grateful that the host was gracious enough to even leave beach chairs since the location is only 10 minutes from the most beautiful beach in the gulf coast. East King’s Corner is walking distance, and they’re serving up the most delicious food. There are so many great local businesses nearby. Book & enjoy the neighborhood!

Amazing stay with few problems

All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this host’s cottage home. The house was very clean but there were some pest problems. We saw about three rats in the back yard and a good bit of roaches, but hey we live in florida so there’s not much you can do about the roaches. Other than that the amenities and host was awesome. We felt that the host had a good setup for the kitchen supplies, maybe just add some tinfoil lol. The signs throughout the house about the check-out process and spots that pensacola had to offer around us were extremely helpful. The only reasons for a 4/5 on the location of the house is because the house is on a corner of a busy one way street that makes parking a little scary. Overall we give this stay a 9/10, and thank you so much for having us!! Everything about this place was beautiful.

Beautifully Redone Home!

We loved this house, which is located just minutes from anywhere you want to go in Pensacola! The house was exactly as pictured - beautifully remodeled and the right amount of space for our extended family and they even had mood music playing on Alexa when we arrived. :) We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a place within walking/biking distance of Downtown. We fell in love with the tall ceilings and heart pine wood floors. We also love the yard for all the great palm trees azaleas & camellias.
