Not so great

This is an older home in an ok location, but suffers from poor cleanliness,maintenance, and lack of supplies. The biggest issues were rectified the next day by the property owner (no TV remote, lack of toilet paper, broken dining room chairs, and no paper towels or kitchen wash clothes). Other supplies were sparse, but ok. The place was very lightly cleaned (swept, but not mopped, wiped, but not deep cleaned or sterilized). The top of the fridge had deep grease/getting/dust. There were dead ants in the window area. There was no salt and pepper or anything other than coffee and sugar. The front porch has heavy dirt/debris/leaves. On the positive side it was spacious and fit our group of 5 adults well

Overnight in Shreveport

The property was as described in the listing. However, I sent a message to the management team on Saturday and never got a response. Throughout the stay, there was no communication and we were never given check-out procedures. The space was comfortable for what we needed which was just a place for the night that wasn’t a hotel. The only other thing besides lack of communication was the dining room chair legs need to be tightened. You cannot sit in one of them because the legs are so loose.

Nice place to stay

Property was as described and clean. We only stayed one night and only made it in around 9pm and left at 8am. Beds were comfortable, and neighborhood seemed quiet. Almost at the end of a dead end street, so no traffic. Close to many food places and not far from the interstate. Would stay again.

Great location

Comfortable beds, clean property, located in nice neighborhood. Left something behind at property; property manager allowed us to go back later in day after checkout to retrieve lost item. Would stay here again.

Visited Family For Holidays

Wanted a space to be able to cook for family during the Christmas holiday. This location was perfect. The kitchen was clean, spacious and appliances worked great. Was able to store everything i needed and prepare meals as i wanted. When we finished celebrating, i was able to come back to a warm, quiet location. Will most definitely use again.

Perfect

Loved having off the street parking and the screened in porch was a major bonus. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs with my morning coffee. Very quiet neighborhood and close to just about anything a person would want or need. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Girls Night

We had a great time! It was difficult for us to find a place with three bedrooms for 3 adults each wanting their own room. Our only complaint was that the small couch is in the TV room instead of the big couch. We had to do some rearranging to all fit in and enjoy our time watching scary movies together.
