This first floor Ocean Front apartment puts you steps away from beautiful sunsets and sunrise, as well as quick access (200 meters) to a small adjacent beach. The property is located in Rincon, which has some of the best beaches on the island. Rincon is a hub for tourism and home to a great variety of food, art, surfing, and beach goers. The apartment has 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living area providing enough space to be your home away from home. The condo is child friendly offering a safe 1rst floor.

Minimum Down Payment of 25%, final payment due 3 days prior to arrival - FREE CANCELLATION- 100% refund if cancelled at least 24hrs of arrival.

**Please note that the condo is OCEAN FRONT but beach access is about 200 meters from property. A quick 2 minute walk.

Feel free to inquire about medium term (3-6 month) stays at a discounted price.

Walkable to beach

Clean condo with everything you’d likely need for a beach stay. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Walkable to a small beach that felt very private with locals only hanging out. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. Don’t flush tp though. Full size laundry was good. Kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. Also Keurig to brew pot of coffee but no kcups so bring your own. Communication was great. Thanks for the stay!

Excellent condo!

Our condo was amazing. It's in a great location. Very close to everything i need to see in Rincon. I highly recommend this condo!

One of the best places in Rincon. It was beautifully put toghther . It is close tho all Rincon landmarks.

We’ll be Back!!

Fantastic stay! We’ll be booking this again! Great location close to everything and a SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!!! The inside appears to have been recently remodeled. Everything was clean and the host was awesome! Looking forward to coming back!!

This property provides that home away from home feel. The space is large enough to accomodate a small family or group of firends. The fact that the proeprty is Ocean Front and has beach access which was a huge bonus. Also being so close to Rincon town plaza is super convenient. Although we like relaxing in our home the fact that the property is so close to town provides the opporunity to have a nice night out but return to the quiet comforts of the property at the end of the day.

** The apartment doesn’t have direct access to the beach but only 2 minutes away (walking ) you can find a beach spot. For your convenience will provide with beach chairs and umbrella
