Family Granite stone house with direct access to the beach of St-Sieu, Lancieux

House with exclusive location and private access to the beach of Saint-Sieu. It is surrounded by a garden of 300 m2 and has a small cute outbuilding (kiosk) overlooking the large beach and the rocks of Saint-Sieu.
It is our family home since 1960.
It consists of a ground floor and 2 floors.
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room and WC.
On the 1st floor: living room, kitchen and WC.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room and toilet.
With a garden on both side of the house, you can choose the ideal place to be during the day. With one side on the south side and the other one at the sea side is dominating up onto the beach and sea.
On the south side is also a built-in grill corner with terrasse table protected under sub-roof.
The surrounding in Lancieux and St-Briac offers different activities like horse ridding, hiking trail, nautical club, rental of Catamaran, Kayaks, Golf de Lancieux (9 holes) and Golf of Dinard/St-Briac (18 holes).
The city of St-Malo is 25min. drive away and Mont St-Michel just 60min. drive away.
You can as well take some time to visit the famous city of Dinan. It's one of the best places to visit in Brittany. In a few hours, you'll have time to enjoy the cute port and the cobbled medieval streets with their half-timbered houses. Just 30 minutes away from the house.
The nearest airports are:
Airport of Dinard-Pleurtuit (St Malo) (DNR) 20 minutes from the house.
Airport of Rennes (RNS) at 70km south.

Our house is rated 2 stars by the Association Gites de France Côtes d'Armor.

The location on the cliff above the beach was stunning.Beautiful panoramic views of a sandy beach and colourful windsurfers and sailing boats provided interesting entertainment. The house itself had lovely old furniture and impressive stencils decorating every room. The host had provided an excellent array of cooking pans and plentiful pretty French china .The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good except in the top bedroom the shower could have done with a hook to hang the showerhead on.The little additional Summer house in the garden overlooking the beach was an added delight. The access to the beach through the door in the wall made going to the beach very easy although probably not suitable for older guests because of the rocks. There was an easy way to the beach along the road 2 minutes walk.Beautiful sunsets lit up the sky on several evenings. The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with a basket of regional food. They made us feel welcome and as they live nearby are easily contactable.Pet friendly enclosed garden.

The village of Lancieux is a very cute Brittany village. The house is only 10 minutes by foot from the downtown. In the village are backer, patisserie, bucher, fish shop, cheese dairy, convenience store and more. Lancieux has also its summer market every Tuesday.

The house is very convenient in matter of accesses and offers 2 different door entrances, one at the ground floor to access the kids room (bedroom 2) and the main entrance being on the upper floor entering into the living room to access the kitchen.
The garden dispatch on the south (street side) and north side (beach side) allows to rest either protected from the sun or wind by eventual windy days.
The vue on the horizon and colour of the sea is every single day a wonder and remain simply amazing.
