Welcome to our bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement suite! Conveniently located in the mature and quiet neighborhood of Ridgewood Heights, this suite is only minutes away from the University of Lethbridge, access to beautiful coulee trails, bus stop, and other amenities such as grocery stores, fast food locations and restaurants. This space is perfectly suited for both short-term and long-term stays.
The suite includes a Queen sized bed, Double bed, Twin bed, large walk-in closet, laundry and dryer, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TV's, Disney+, Netflix, a fireplace, guest controlled heat and A/ C, a desk, and much more!
Please be aware that this is our home and we live upstairs with our three young children. We are very conscious of noise, but you may hear our children from time to time.
The basement suite is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance to the right side of the home with keyless entry. Parking is available for guests on the right side of the driveway.

Ridgewood Heights is a mature neighborhood located along the coulees of West Lethbridge. Ridgewood is conveniently located close to Highway 3 and Whoop Up Drive for easy access to all areas of Lethbridge. The community boasts numerous scenic trails and beautiful coulee views.

Our home is within walking distance to the University of Lethbridge and numerous stores and restaurants such as Safeway, Subway, Edo, and McDonalds. A bus stop is located immediately behind our home at the traffic lights. For larger trips within Lethbridge, a car is ideal as the home has easy access to major routes across the City.
