New professionally designed home with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The Windmark North community is a quiet place to enjoy the Forgotten Coast. It offers so much including a resort-style pool, fitness center, nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The cute nearby downtown has casual and fine dining options. Our home is a short 6 to 8 minute walk to the beach. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two additional bonus spaces with queen size sofa beds, the home is spacious. The garage has also been converted to a game room to allow for endless fun with family and friends.
As our guest you will have access to two pools. Our brand new North Windmark Pool (built in 2024) is a short 2 minute walk away. A pavilion with restrooms is located at the pool for your convenience. Lastly, a brand new boardwalk from the pool takes you straight to our beach access point, a 2 minute walk from the pool. You have access to Beach Walk Road which is only for pedestrians, bicycles, and golf carts. You will love the serenity!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! It was the perfect setup for our group: having three king bedrooms was a huge plus, and we loved that every room had a TV. The games in both the garage and living room kept everyone entertained, and the beach gear and close proximity to the pool and beach access made everything so convenient.The owners were incredibly communicative, kind, and hospitable throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.There are just a few small areas where minor improvements could make an already great property even better, but nothing that took away from our overall experience.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The home home was very nicely appointed in an ideal location that was convenient to the historic village of Port St. Joe. Also within a short couple of minutes to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked with the essentials and in lived large. At one point my nephew showed up with his wife and 6 children who enjoyed the play space in the garage. We were able to have adult time while the children were occupied. When they left we kept 2 of the kids with us who were not bored at all due to there being so much for the kids to do. We had a blast and I would recommend this home.

This is a brand new home and we pride ourselves in giving our guests an amazing vacation. The parking area can fit 4 cars and it’s a standard size driveway in the Windmark community. Perfect!

This house and location were perfect! The house was well-equipped and immaculate! The beach was a short walk and pool was a short drive away. There are shops and restaurants close by and had everything we needed. The house had plenty of space and we loved the game room! Will definitely stay here again! We had a great time!

Great getaway

My family vacationed at Windmark beach near Port St Joe, for the Fourth of July week. The home was clean and spacious for various ages. We rented golf carts, as they were not included. We could easily have gotten to and from the pool, but needed the carts to carry things to beach area. We all loved the openness of the beach and had an enjoyable time.

*** Great getaway for Family ***

Fantastic home with nice Amenities and great communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed. We are big group with 16 folks and this home is able to accommodate us perfectly. The house is clean and it has game machines in the garage. The game room (garage) was a hit with everyone. It was nice having the wagon and chairs. The new pool was a short walk as was the beach. Kids enjoyed a lot at beach and pool both at end they do not want to leave. I would definitely recommend this place and without a doubt would stay here again.

Great family getaway!

Beautiful home and great communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. The game room (garage) was a hit with everyone. It was nice having the wagon and chairs. We used the grill and fire pit a few times. The new pool was a short walk as was the beach. We ended up renting a golf cart which came in handy for getting to the other pool and shops. We would definitely stay here again if we have a large group. The house accommodated 8 adults and 4 kids nicely. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Growing up in the concrete jungle I just fell in love with traveling and open spaces especially the beach and ocean. I enjoy being a host because I want our guests to have a memorable unforgettable experience.

We fell in love with "The forgotten coast" because of its peacefulness and serenity. It is quite the contrast from PCB or Destin. We also love the quaint downtown area especially Reid Ave. Windmark itself is a brand new community and we enjoy the smiles we see when we're in the area.

We hired a professional interior designer who wanted to bring color to the space. We believe our guests deserve a memorable and colorful experience that they can take home and hopefully come back to. I believe the amenities including BBQ, firepit area, 2 pools, and our close beach access are what helps The Shoreline Retreat stand out from the rest.
