Luxurious apartment on the 9th floor of PH Ibiza Coronado, with an unparalleled view of the beach. 1 hour and 20 minutes from town. And 500mtrs. from the beach.
The space
Consisting of: Living/dining room with 4-seater table, desk for working comfortably, sofa/bed.
1 bedroom room with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed.
1 fully equipped bathroom, hot water shower and soap dispenser, shampoo and conditioner.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Weekly deep cleaning included in price.
We are available at all times for inquiries and expect to respond in less than 1 hour.
Guest access
The beach is 500 meters or 4 minutes walk from the building. Beach water temperature is 29c/84f
It has a pool, BBQ area and rest area.
Other things to note
Includes 700mb high speed WiFi. 100+ channel cable TV.
A/C in the living room and bedroom.

Covered parking at the building.
Security cameras in all common areas.
