Great spot!

The place was perfectly situated for us to get everywhere we wanted. Its HUGE! We were very comfortable there and the hosts were excellent in responding to our communications. I would stay there again.

Great home with character in perfect location

We loved staying in this fun, stylish home with a wonderful porch swing. Easy walk to the Commons, and our kids loved scootering back and forth over the nearby pedestrian bridge. The pool table was great, and the home was spacious and had such character. We would definitely stay there again,

This home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The updated kitchen had plenty of good utensils, dishes and cookware. The hot tub was in excellent shape. The wifi was very good.Keep in mind that this is a very old, refurbished home that has the expected quirks which add charm - tight bathrooms, some slightly sloping wood floors, steep stairs. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Ithaca again!

Visiting my son

House was well maintained, clean, spacious and in a great location for accessing the commons and Cornell. Parking typically was available in front. Very happy with our stay.

Walkability to fun places!

Clean and so accessible to Ithaca bars/restaurants! We had a couple of inches of snow our first night and walked to a coffee shop the next morning! Such beautiful snow scenes all day! Pack your warm slippers! Older homes tend to have less insulation but well worth the extra snuggles with companion! Grateful to have found this wonderful home.

What a great house! We walked down to the commons for shopping and dinner as well as strolled the hiking path right up the hill from the house. We sat in the front porch with morning coffee and soaked in the hot tub after the Special Olympics Polar Plunge. Appreciated the details (shower had shampoo and conditioner, coffee machine had filters). We even stayed up playing pool. Lots to do both inside and out. Thank you for the stay. It made for a perfect weekend.

Relaxed two story house with a lot of rooms and entertainment. Very close to downtown Ithaca commons.
