Myrtle Beach attractions are all easily accessible. We love our neighborhood &. that the building, grounds, & amenities are carefully maintained. The ocean view from our giant window wall is amazing 24/7. Our 12th floor private balcony is a 2d living room all year. Our reno goal was for a light, open space with far more room than usual oceanfront property in Myrtle Beach. We focused on style and comfortable space for guests & their things. The kitchen is fully furnished so that you can feel at home for a few days or a year. We plan to live here at least 6 months per year after retirement so we planned it to live well. You can judge a resort by its attention to details - like plantings. The succulent garden atop the wall by the poolside walk is amazing, and all the palm trees are gorgeous. Elevators are fast & elegant. You don’t leave the building to get to your car! Beach access incredibly nice. The pools & hot tub are great. We want you to want to return. This is home!

Great place during a snow storm

My husband and I were at the condo during the epic snow storm. Thank goodness for the wonderful view, we were trapped for 2 days. But were able to swim in the warm indoor pool and hot tub with no company. Host was very helpful and kind in responses. It was a little tight in the parking garage for our vehicle. But glad to have it under cover. Would gladly stay again!

My husband and I didn’t realize how bad we needed this vacation. It was perfect! We love going out walking,we enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. The view was beautiful and the balcony was so much bigger then we have had in past stays which made it extremely comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were extremely helpful on anything we had ask or needed. Definitely will visit again in future.

A view to remember!

Perfect weekend get away visiting our son in Myrtle Beach. Condo was clean, well stocked and the sound of the ocean never gets old!!

Excellent stay for us

We loved our stay here. Gorgeous view, easily accessible to the ocean, comfortable living space, ample amenities, fast elevators, and a super fast responsive host. Anything we needed Phyllis either had in the condo or knew where we could get it. The crazy parking garage takes a bit getting used to but is quite convenient.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our long weekend. Phyllis provided a lot of helpful info in advance, and made the check in process easy with a door code. The unit was well furnished and clean. And what an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony! We had a wonderful few days.

Perfect getaway

Unit was clean, easy check in and out. Plenty of space for my husband and I. Balcony is larger than most condos with a fantastic view. Plan on booking again next year.

Amazing place!

From the beginning Phyllis was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was completely as described with beautiful views of the ocean. The property itself was clean and everyone we talked to was so friendly! The only downfall is the parking garage (which is no fault to the host!) the parking garage is tight! Very small up and down ramps that need to be taken at the perfect angle and even then it’s hard. If you have a smaller vehicle you would be perfectly fine, we drive a Lincoln suv and it was definitely hard. But overall the experience was amazing! 5/5!

Prefer a non crowded beach? A relatively quiet building and neighborhood? This is the place for you! Beautiful property and safe location. We would definitely stay again!

First time to Myrtle Beach

Phyllis was amazing! From our first inquiry about the property and through out our stay. Phyllis shared valuable information for first timers to Myrtle Beach that was extremely helpful. The condo was great. Loved not having to worry about keys and use the code to enter. The view from the balcony was amazing all day and into the evening. Perfect location for walking to the beach everyday. The beach was beautiful, never overcrowded, which is what we look for. Our beach vacations are purely for relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sun, ocean walks, chilling in a beach chair taking in the view and sound of the ocean waves. For those flying in a small cooler would be helpful to keep drinks and lunch in. Will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful place to stay

This suite was wonderful to stay in. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Lots of room and all amenities provided. The resort had pool, hot tubs and very clean and well taken care of. Location was great since we golfed all week and it was in the middle of all the courses. Walking distance to many restaurants was a bonus too. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful Views & Attentive Owner

We had a fabulous stay. The owner is very responsive and super accommodating. The condo is right across the street from the beach in a very safe location. We loved walking on the beach and walking on the sidewalk in the evening. The pool and the pool area are kept immaculate. You can tell the workers take pride in their work. The balcony and views are wonderful! The unit itself is nice. I’m not sure I’d use the adjective “upscale” to describe it. It was clean, comfortable, and functional but it could use a fresh coat of paint. It’s tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable! I would say the only thing that was a drawback was the parking garage. It is EXTREMELY tight. As you drive from one level to the next, the ramp was so narrow that most people (us included 5 out of 6 times) had to back up and align your vehicle so you wouldn’t scrape the side of your car. I was puzzled how this design was ever approved or allowed. Rent a small vehicle to make it easier on yourself. Ending on a positive, the elevators at the complex are great! I had read reviews about other places and how people had to wait a long time for the elevators. We never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator.

Nice Stay

Nice calm place to stay in the bustle of Myrtle. Owner very nice and responsive. Very pleasent stay. The one negative is the parking deck. Parking is available, just a poor design. An average sized car is inches from scraping the wall at each turn going up or down. If you are 16' or longer you can use outside lot and thats a good thing. If shorter than 16' take the smallest vehicle you own to make the in and out easier. Other than that its a great place to stay and the owner is fabulous!

Spring Trip

The condo was exactly as described and very clean with beautiful views and comfortable furniture and bed. The unit is well supplied with all necessary equipment. The communication with the owners was excellent. Phyllis goes out of her way to be responsive and accessible - No complaints! My only word of caution is the parking deck at this property is very tight to maneuver in. Vehicles under 16’ are not allowed to park outside the deck or you will be towed. Obviously not a problem for folks traveling in smaller cars but for reference, a Model Y Tesla was a challenge at 15’9”.

Our stay was perfect! Condo was clean, organized, and adorable. Condo was fully stocked to make our trip flawless. Great location. Easy beach access. We will stay here again.

Host told me to re-use dirty wash cloths! 2 for the week for each of us.

Provided w/2 wash cloths per person for the 6 night stay. On the 2nd evening, I politely told host that we were re-using towels, not a problem but needed more washcloths. The host berated me with one condescending message after another. She asked me ‘Did you ever go to camp growing up?’ Hmm, I didn’t rent a tent. She continued lecturing me with messages of how she learned in college (presumably 1960s) to just rinse the wash cloth and re-use it. She said ‘I don’t know what to say...’ she continued ‘my mother was right, you don’t use a different bath cloth every day’. She said ‘it’s not like wearing the same underwear.’Then suggested I take the 4 wash clothes to the 7th floor laundry mat & spend 2 hrs washing & drying 4 washcloths to get me thru 2 more days, then repeat. The host said ‘we are not present to service you...we are not hoteliers’ Then said ‘you can enjoy your stay in our exceptional beach home or pick it apart.’ Appalling, narcissistic criticism from this host. The hosts sent 12 messages responding to my request. It completely ruined our stay. I’m disabled and have a special needs daughter & we had not been on vacation in 7 years. Her messages were so berating and mean, we were afraid to leave the room, during the day, for fear she would change the door lock code w/all of our belongings inside. We left on day 4, instead of staying our 6 days. Horrible verbal abuse from this host.She knows it & should refund me immediately. I wonder now if MY towels were even clean
