Myrtle Beach attractions are all easily accessible. We love our neighborhood &. that the building, grounds, & amenities are carefully maintained. The ocean view from our giant window wall is amazing 24/7. Our 12th floor private balcony is a 2d living room all year. Our reno goal was for a light, open space with far more room than usual oceanfront property in Myrtle Beach. We focused on style and comfortable space for guests & their things. The kitchen is fully furnished so that you can feel at home for a few days or a year. We plan to live here at least 6 months per year after retirement so we planned it to live well. You can judge a resort by its attention to details - like plantings. The succulent garden atop the wall by the poolside walk is amazing, and all the palm trees are gorgeous. Elevators are fast & elegant. You don’t leave the building to get to your car! Beach access incredibly nice. The pools & hot tub are great. We want you to want to return. This is home!

View was amazing, as depicted. Took a long sunset stroll and this time of year we had the beach to ourselves! Gorgeous!! October, the city of Conway legally changes their name to the City of Halloween for the month. Spent an amazingly fun day there as well! Patricia was responsive and preferred a text as soon as we arrived to ensure everything was to our liking. Would certainly stay again and a great way to spend our anniversary. Thanks Patricia!!

Property and owner (Phyllis) was great. The only issue we had was the parking. The security guards were overbearing and harassing when it came to the parking. They towed my car 15 minutes after I parked because I forgot to put my parking pass back up. He already saw me check in and place it on my rear view mirror in my car. He came out and watched me unload everything and go up and get my pass. I took it down while in busy traffic and forgot to put it back up when we returned from shopping.

The unit was perfectly appointed and was just as described. The location in the area is excellent. The building is in a more residential area in the northern part of town so the beach is not as crowded and night time is more peaceful. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Host communication was friendly and helpful.

Beach Paradise

The outside porch offered a panoramic view, perfect for dining. Day one we were treated to a pod of dolphins in the surf during breakfast. The condo was very tastefully decorated and well supplied. The kitchen was very updated and once again spotless. Our host phyllis was always able to answer our questions and quick to address concerns we had. Thank you Phyllis for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Fabulous rental

This was my 3rd year staying with this host but first year at this particular unit of theirs. We loved the views, location, and the unit. Host is absolutely fantastic and provides quick communication. I can’t say enough great things about the Hosts and how well maintained they keep their rentals.

Ocean Forest Plaza

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Forest Plaza in Myrtle Beach! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel right at home.The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a clean, modern feel and cozy touches throughout. We especially appreciated how well-maintained everything was, from the fresh linens to the fully equipped kitchen. The view was amazing, and the overall atmosphere of the unit made it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to book this same condo for future trips to Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!

Definitely not upscale. Nice landscaping. Toilet not working. Kitchen light flickering. Toaster burned bread evewith n on 1. No security bc our car was towed with no warning. Parking deck very hard to maneuver. Not happy with the vibe of the building.

Great place during a snow storm

My husband and I were at the condo during the epic snow storm. Thank goodness for the wonderful view, we were trapped for 2 days. But were able to swim in the warm indoor pool and hot tub with no company. Host was very helpful and kind in responses. It was a little tight in the parking garage for our vehicle. But glad to have it under cover. Would gladly stay again!
