Boynton Beach's BEAUTIFUL newly renovated property! The Tropical Escape is located down an "old Florida" street surrounded by adorable bungalows. The unit a private patio and plenty of parking for boats, trailers or RVs! Your group will be close to beaches (3 miles), boating and the excitement of Delray's Atlantic Avenue (3 miles) when you stay at this centrally-located comfortable retreat. The Tropical retreat is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that has been newly renovated and furnished with coastal tropical vibes. The Space: You’ll find all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and regular drip coffee maker. Coffee and tea are provided in starter quantities. Each of the 2 bedrooms has it's own brand-new KING bed with memory foam mattress. You’ll be provided with plenty of pillows and clean white linens for a super comfy stay. Another sleeping area is the QUEEN memory foam pull out sofa in the living area. There is dedicated workspace and high-speed Xfinity WIFI. The living area includes a 55" FIRE smart TV and smart apps. Feel free to use your own streaming apps (local cable is not provided). The bathroom has all the necessities; towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own. As an ADDED BONUS we provide beach towels for your trips to the beach. No need to pack these extra items in your suitcase! You'll have your own private gated outdoor patio to enjoy the amazing Florida weather. The patio is perfect for morning coffee or for closing out the night with a bottle of wine and quiet conversation under the stars. Also, enjoy the provided charcoal grill. Shared laundry is available in the rear of the property for guest use. Tropical Retreat is perfect for a weekend visit or extended stays- The vibrant, bright and comfortable furniture and décor will have you wanting to stay forever in sunny South Florida! PLUS you can't beat the location!! The location is perfect- just minutes from the excitement of famous Atlantic Avenue (3 miles), restaurants, shopping and the best beaches (2.5-3 miles)! The building is a duplex (meaning there are 2 adjacent apartments. Each is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit.) If you're traveling with a large party, consider renting out the entire place!) *PET INFORMATION- We do allow up to 2 well trained pets per unit. Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated which we can provide when the guest is not at home. For SERVICE pets we require ADA documentation. (ESA or therapy pets are required to be included on the reservation and must pay the pet fee) ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH US IN ADVANCE. These products are carefully chosen for their proven ability to disinfect and sanitize surfaces, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all our guests.
