Your own sand pickleball and beach volleyball court - plus a private pool, seven minutes from the beach.

Rio Beach House is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Boynton Beach for groups who want to actually do something. The backyard has a private pool and a sand court that plays as both pickleball and beach volleyball. Inside there are two queen beds, a king bed, and a queen sofa bed, sleeping up to 8, plus an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and bright, open living spaces designed for comfort and ease.

Boynton Harbor Marina is a 16-minute walk. The beach is 7 minutes by car, Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue is 10 minutes, and West Palm Beach shopping, dining and events are 20 minutes north. PBI airport is 18 minutes away.

Perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to experience the best of South Florida.

Please note: the court is a backyard sand court that plays as both pickleball and beach volleyball. It is great for casual games, but it is not a regulation hard court.

Security & Surveillance Disclosure:
For security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior cameras located at the front entrance and outdoor areas, including one facing the pool. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property and do not record any indoor or private spaces. There are no cameras inside the home.

I have worked in many customer service roles, which has given me a passion for hospitality. With a background in hospitality, guest experience, and customer service, and I truly enjoy creating welcoming, well-organized spaces where guests can relax and feel at home. I pay close attention to details, comfort, and cleanliness, and I’m always available to support my guests before and during their stay.

My husband also brings years of hosting experience from renting a bedroom in his own apartment through short-term rental platforms, where he consistently prioritized cleanliness, respect, and a positive guest experience.

When we decided to purchase this home, we intentionally combined our experiences to create a property designed specifically for hosting. Every detail of Rio Beach Pool House reflects what we’ve learned over the years.

Our goal is to offer a reliable, stress-free experience where guests feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their choice.

We value clear communication, thoughtful touches, and a calm, respectful hosting experience. We take pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring every stay meets Vrbo’s expectations for quality and care.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. It’s a quiet, residential area where guests can unwind and enjoy privacy, while still being close to beautiful beaches, local restaurants, grocery and retails stores, gas stations, which makes short and extended stays very convenient and comfortable.

The location offers quick access to major roads, making it easy to explore Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale-Miami and nearby attractions without long drives.

The area feels safe, calm, and welcoming, which makes it ideal for families, couples, and guests looking for a peaceful stay without feeling isolated.

This balance of calm surroundings and practical convenience is exactly the experience we want to provide for my guests.
