This luxurious home's main level is an interior designer's masterpiece. With an abundance of windows and skylights, it is bathed in natural light from every angle.

The main level showcases a chef's kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The open floor plan seamlessly flows into a separate seating area, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The focal point is the expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable couch, Smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace.

Completing the main floor is a powder room, a spacious game room with a charming barn door entry, and a magnificent primary suite. The primary suite impresses with large windows, high ceilings and an expansive en-suite bath, offering a private sanctuary. The main floor is a true embodiment of luxury and style.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

Outdoor Security Cameras: please note we have outdoor cameras facing the pool area, driveway and front door.

HOME TRUTHS:
*Treehouse is not accessible and should NOT be used or climbed on.
*One of the bedrooms has a sauna. Children are not allowed in the sauna. Never leave children unattended near the sauna.
*The driveway is steep.

QUIET HOURS:
This is a quiet and rural neighborhood so please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. Quiet hours are between the hours of 9pm and 9am. During that time frame please keep noise to a minimum.

Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property):
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.
*Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

*All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Definitions: 

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. 

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be Saturdays for Pool/Hot Tub maintenance; Mondays for Landscaping maintenance; Monthly for Pest Control maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

Relaxing and comfortable

We gathered for a wedding at Monserrat Winery. The location was perfect and the home was in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend this destination for family vacations.
