Tranquil Greens at 28 Wood Duck is a newly renovated home in the Club Course community of Sea Pines. This dog-friendly home is located at the end of the street and offers fantastic views of the private 18-hole Club Course. Guests can relax on the private patio or screened-in porch with an unblocked view of the green and tee for the next hole. The first floor of this home offers an expansive open layout for entertaining. A half bathroom is located just off the main entrance. The living room features a smart TV and floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances with everything you will need to enjoy meals with family and friends. The dining room has seating for all with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter. Bedroom 1 is located off the living room with a king-sized bed, smart TV and ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This bedroom also has access to the deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. On the first floor there is also a bonus room with french doors that features a twin daybed and twin trundle that sleeps 2.

The second-floor features 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a twin/double bunk bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 features 2 full-sized beds and a smart TV. Both bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo.

Guests can enjoy golf course views from almost everywhere in the house. A screened-in patio with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan is just off the dining room and in line with the green. The spacious patio and deck offer additional dining seating and a second view of golfers teeing off. This home is dog-friendly, and the private backyard is perfect for your furry friend! Plus, the Club Course community is located near the main entrance of Sea Pines, providing an easy drive to Coligny Plaza or other Sea Pines areas like Harbour Town and South Beach Marina.

Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $15 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
