Be the first to stay in this recently renovated cottage which is centrally located to everything the island has to offer. Located just 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, a 30 yard walk to Sengekontacket Pond and 1/4 mile to the bike path.
The cottage is located on a 1/4 acre lot just steps from the pond and only a 1/4 walk to the entrance of Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary which is part of the Mass Audubon.
The space
Enjoy the benefits of this totally updated property. All new appliances, new central AC system. Reliable fast internet access provides you with lightning access to all the top streaming platforms: Netflix, YouTubeTV, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney, ESPN, Paramount+ and more.... 4k TV's in the living room and both bedrooms.
