Lake Ontario Beauty! Sleeps 4!

Take in the sky and water on majestic Lake Ontario!

This cozy, tranquil cottage offers comfort and relaxation. All you need to unwind is yours at this renovated waterfront property. Peaceful, beautiful and meditative.

Relax on the deck and stare at the horizon while cooking your favorite menu on the grill! Play yard games in the huge front yard on the parking side of the cottage.

One pet welcome if approved by host -- pet fee is $35/night.

Two bedrooms sleep four -
Lake-view bedroom has king bed; yard-view bedroom has queen bed.

If you need a pack n' play, I can provide one if requested ahead of time for $40 for stay.

Please note:
If you have children or pets -- from the edge of the lawn there is a 20 ft. drop to the water's edge. Fishing is possible from the staircase, there is a 3ft gap from last step to rocks below. This is typically not a swimming shore, but there are great swimming beaches at Pultneyville and Sodus Bay, about 8-10 minutes in east and west directions from cottage.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! (max of 2) Pet fee of $30/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.

Absolutely gorgeous views of the sunset and the lake. We had the pleasure of seeing the Northern Lights over Lake Ontario, it was surreal! The house was awesome with everything we needed for our extended stay! If we need to return to the area, we will most definitely be back! Thank you

This is an exceptional property. Clean, cozy and comfortable - stocked with everything you need to relax, grill, cook and get away from the noise. It's such a quiet place with dark skies and no light pollution. Cheryl is a very good host and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

My family had an amazing and relaxing few days at this gorgeous site. The owner/operator is exceptional. All necessary household items were provided. We will definitely rent here again.

Perfect Wellness Getaway

This was a perfect weekend away to just breathe. Communication with the host Cheryl was excellent and everything I needed was right there. The view is so much better than the pictures shown. It literally took my breath away when I walked in! So worth booking!

My wife & I spent 3 very pleasant weeks at this Lake Ontario house during a late spring getaway to upstate NY. Very quiet, private & scenic location. The house had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, comfortable bed, indoor fireplace for chilly days, outdoor fire pit for nice evenings, etc. Close to beach, lighthouse & restaurants in Sodus Point, several state parks & nature preserves, Erie Canal Trail, etc. Excellent communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay again.

The home is beautiful in a gorgeous setting. All of the amenities for cooking a wonderful meal included. Cheryl was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure we had all we needed. Only area of opportunity would be the stairs to the water did not apoear to be safe. Also the shower is small but honestly, neither of these concerns took away for our enjoyment of the property. The sunset below says it all! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The home is clean, cheery, and has awesome views of Lake Ontario. Cheryl communicated with us before our stay and was always available for any questions we had. We absolutely plan on staying here again in the future. Thanks!

We had a great time here. Cheryl was very communicative and checked in at multiple times. The house was well stocked and very clean. One thing to note, the pictures show the deck hanging over the edge above the water a bit, it’s not like that anymore. They pulled it back and it’s now completely on the lawn. Also, the stairs going down to the lake were pretty overgrown, so don’t plan on using them. Overall it was a nice little place, great for a couples getaway.

Great Location

We. enjoyed relaxing by the lake. Took a hike to Chimney Bluffs and visited the Sodus Point Lighthouse. Never saw so many apple trees! Hope to be back again. Dan & Jan

Quiet and pretty location

The lake views and sunsets can't be beat! This is a quiet, off-the-beaten path location amidst a variety of fruit orchards. It has big windows, wonderful views, and a comfortable environment. Plenty of outdoor furniture, a big lawn, a deck at the edge of the lake, and a really comfy sofa make it a nice place to hang out and be chill. The master bedroom faces the lake; the other bedroom faces a fence and the driveway. The host was very communicative and responsive.

Excellent property. It is secluded enough to feel like you’re in your own world. The home was very clean, stocked appropriately and the kitchen was stocked with quality dishes/glasses/etc.The rooms were large, clean and the beds were high quality. The hosts directions and info were informative and covered everything you’d need to know.There was ample fire wood supplied and the outside space was fantastic- though the rear yard wasn’t enormous, the view was spectacular.I wouldn’t recommend planning to swim right off the back steps- you probable could but the rocks are large and slippery and not worth the risk. An absolutely fantastic property for a couple or small family. I was impressed.

Quiet lakeside cottage

This lakeside cottage is the perfect place for a couple’s get away! We found everything we needed and were very comfortable in this home. My favorite part was lying in bed or sitting on the back deck or kitchen nook and listening to the water in the lake come in to the shore. So peaceful and relaxing! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. It’s a Sleep Number so you can download the app and adjust to your liking! There is a second bedroom, which we did not use but I believe that bed is the same. The home is dog friendly, which was an added bonus for us as we did bring our dog. Owner was attentive and responsive. It is a beautiful home and we would absolutely recommend to anyone to stay here!
