Great price for a pleasant, clean property in walking distance of Chinatown and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Hosts were very easy to reach and always helpful

Apartment was great and the location was great. Information about check in needed to be sent sooner. But it was fixed quickly.One small complaint, stock the kitchen with the right size coffee filters

We reported multiple concerns immediately after check-in, and much of our stay was spent trying to resolve ongoing problems instead of enjoying our vacation. The unit was not prepared for our reservation of six guests. Only two bath towels and insufficient bedding were provided, with replacements arriving around 1:30 a.m. During our stay, the bathroom sink would not drain, and later the toilet became unusable for approximately 14 hours with no plunger available and no timely repair. We also encountered damaged furniture, unfinished wall repairs, a portable air conditioner vented through a window using cardboard and duct tape, and a sectional sofa that did not match the advertised queen pull-out sleeper. Although the host communicated with us, many issues remained unresolved or were significantly delayed. I also experienced a serious safety incident involving another resident in the building, which I immediately reported. Overall, these issues substantially affected our stay, and based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

The property was clean and overall we had a good stay. The location was great and very convenient. The only issues were that the air conditioning seemed to be limited to a certain temperature, so the property stayed warmer than we would have liked. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms could use a few updates and some refreshing, but overall the property fine! Also: parking is a nightmare! If you do park with them you have to go pick up the gate opener from somewhere else not on property! If you do need parking there is a garage right across the street that is a great option! In and out access as well!
