Enjoy this comfortable deluxe triple occupancy room. This includes a queen bed, a single bed, private bathroom, internet, quality soft sheets, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bath towels and easy access to our a large well-equipped communal kitchen.
Just outside your door you can enjoy the picturesque grounds, including several common areas with chic comfortable outdoor couches & chairs, an outdoor daybed, poolside loungers, beach chairs, and a long beautiful wooden table beneath a custom pergola, perfect for group dinners and making memories. Take a dip in our lovely pool surrounded by palm trees before going for a swim in the ocean just steps from your front door. Enjoy a custom beach bonfire after a long day of relaxing right in front of the property as you admire the clear stars above. Outdoor showers and a wood-fire pizza oven add to the charm of this outside oasis. Breakfast is included for all guests, including mouth watering local cuisine, fresh juice and coffee.

JAKES is located in Las Peñitas: a cozy, beautiful, and secluded northern Nicaragua beach town only two hours from the Augusto Cesar Sandino airport and only 20 minutes from the center of León. The road is in excellent condition, making the trip short and pleasant. Mellow, beautiful beach town where you can surf, relax, eat delicious local food, and soak in the beautiful endless beaches.
