At the end of a quiet street, our home serves families as a waterfront escape minutes from Norfolk's best attractions!
Memorable water views from almost every room, across river from Yacht Club.
Enjoy our firepit (wood provided), outdoor furniture, grills (propane provided), fishing poles, kayaks and more. Live outdoors!
Bring your own boat to our floating dock on deep water and fish in the Chesapeake Bay!
You'll see picturesque sunrises over the backyard and the sky light up over the river each night.
FIVE BEDROOMS - 1 King Suite, 3 Queen bedrooms and a nursery (additional queen air mattress available)
Full kitchen with SS appliances, smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, etc), Wifi, W/D, HVAC, gas fireplace, etc.
Gym offers a water-rower, treadmill & more.
Nursery is ready for little ones and we have tons of toys for them to enjoy!
Driveway holds 4 cars (+street parking)
2 mins to ODU, 10 mins to Downtown Norfolk, Navy base, zoo, museums, fine arts, fine dining & 15 mins to area beaches. Host to confirm all booking requests.

Perfect!

Beautiful home in a stunning setting. Fully equipped, tastefully decorated, loaded with thoughtful touches throughout, you will not find a better destination or better hosts than Cameron and Whitney! Would return without hesitation.

Best VRBO so far

Cam and Whit were awesome! Anytime I reached out to them with questions they responded immediately with helpful answers. The house was super clean and big. We will most definitely come back. Everyone was happy with the choice of this Vrbo. Beautiful scenery, all the rooms were spacious, friendly neighbors, and the host provided everything that they could possibly think of that maybe needed to accommodate our stay.

Waterfront Home in Norfolk

This was a beautiful home in a family friendly neighborhood. It’s right on the water with a dock and kayaks. We came up from Charlotte (family of 4) to explore the VA beach/Norfolk area for the 4th of July. Cam was a great host and there was a lot to do in the area. We took in a baseball game, visited the aquarium, botanical gardens, and watched the fireworks out at VA beach (which were really good). They also have a little neighborhood parade (good for smaller kids). We thank Cam and his family for letting us visit and explore the area :)

Beach, Barbie and Bridesmaids

My daughter, myself, and her bridesmaids had such a wonderful weekend at this property and were AMAZED at how beautiful this home made it all! We were in a great location to access all of their planned activities, from dancing at the NorVa, dinner at Virginia Beach, and Barbie Brunch at Farmhouse Brewery. Everyone was very comfortable, felt safe, but especially just overwhelmingly surprised at the peaceful tranquility of this property. Everything we needed, and more, was graciously provided for by our host. We will definitely be back!

We love living in Norfolk and especially love this incredible property. Built in 1938, my wife and I purchased and restored the home in 2016 and have lived here since. Our growing family loves time on the deck, in the water and entertaining friends and family here - we hope you'll do the same!
