Welcome to Trillion Dollar View, a modern, beach-front Gulf Shores vacation home with ample privacy and traditional coastal living. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Trillion Dollar View welcomes you with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and peaceful serenity sure to provide a relaxing vacation.

Offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this newly renovated Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Trillion Dollar View's features include a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room, offering sweeping views of the sparkling gulf water. With 8 seats at the main dining room table and 4 additional seats at the bar, there is plenty of room for the family to sit together for a home-cooked meal. Plus, with family time at the top of your mind, Trillion Dollar View has even more seating on the oversized sundeck for family fellowship. 

Upon entry to Trillion Dollar View, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room overlooking an expansive gulf-front deck on the south side of the home. To the left, you will find a gulf-front king suite with an ensuite bathroom, a north-side bedroom, and a second hallway bathroom. You will find an identical setup to the right with a gulf-front king bed and en suite bathroom, a north-side queen bedroom, and a hall bath. The two north-side guest rooms comfortably sleep 6 guests each. The laundry area is on the north side of the home just off of the kitchen. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers an electric fireplace, bar area, a standalone under-counter ice maker, plus TVs in the main living area and every bedroom.  What's more, in the carport area there is a large storage area for all your beach gear and a second refrigerator and a charcoal BBQ grill. With ample parking and an open carport, this home is ideal for outdoor family gatherings and small weddings.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Monthly winter guests are welcome in December, January, and February. Trillion Dollar View is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores about 5 miles from the main public beach area. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Trillion Dollar View is best booked directly through our website.  This home can accommodate 4-6 vehicles.

This property was simply perfect for our family’s annual beach vacation. It was beautiful, spacious and well stocked. The fireplace was a great focal point. We love open floor plans and the amazing view did not disappoint.

Great ocean front house

Amazing vaca

The house was all as it was listed and much more. We had a fabulous stay and everyone was comfortable in their own space. The view and living area were spectacular. The beach was not crowded and the water was beautiful Would definitely return.

Great week at Trillion Dollar View

Trillion dollar view was better than expected. House was excellent. I think it was recently remodeled. Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms all on one floor. Well stocked kitchen. Will need your own beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc and anything other than utensils. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place

The minute you walk in you are just entranced with the view. It truly is a trillion dollar view from pretty much any room. Very spacious and well laid out. Everything was in good condition, lots of dishes and pots and pans. Did not have any issues with anything, and we stayed for three weeks. We will definitely come back to this house.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is a truly gorgeous property. It is a great family home with lots of space. There were 7 adults, and we had tons of room. The only drawback came toward the end of our week when workers arrived to start building a walkway over the dunes. We were not aware this would be happening, and neither was the management company (Kaiser) aware it would be happening that week. Kaiser went to bat for us with the owners and while there was nothing they could do about the workers, they resolved things to our satisfaction. Thank you! Overall, our stay was truly great and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for get together with friends

12 of us stayed at the Trillion Dollar View listing for a weekend of fishing and watching college football. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the open floor plan of the house made everyone feel like there was plenty of space to sit back and unwind. The location of the property is 20 steps from back door to the shore, roughly 10 minutes to get to the Hangout, and around 35 minutes to get to the Flora-bama. We booked a fishing charter for our first day and enjoyed it but honestly the best part of the entire trip was surf fishing out front of the house and spending time playing games on the beachfront patio. I have no major gripes about our weekend stay. The only thing I would suggest is to provide a way to lock the guest storage room on the first level of the house. Thankfully the owner went out and checked on my fishing equipment while we were fishing offshore, but it would be nice to have the option to secure our belongings for a future stay. Our group is looking forward to come back to Gulf Shores and hopes to book this same house again in the future!
