We offer 7-night minimums with Saturday check-ins during High season (mid-June thru Labor Day weekend), and 5-night minimums with flexible check-in dates during the rest of the year.

in the Woodstone private subdivision. Private and quiet on all paved roads. Walk or bike to Art's Tavern, Cherry Republic, City Park, Glen Lake, the TART paved trail and Lake Michigan. The best and most peaceful location for all Northern Michigan has to offer! You are close to The Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Empire and Fish Town in Leland.
Central A/C.

Prime season: (mid-June thru August), we require a 7 night minimum, with check-ins on Saturdays only. Please send us your email address with your booking request. We will supply a simple contract including the house rules. Please review, sign and return within 1 week of receipt, to finalize the rental. Access to home will be with a keypad lock.

Master bed (main floor) - 1K Tempur-Pedic mattress, jetted tub and separate shower
1st en suite (upper level) - 1Q Tempur-Pedic, shower, private bath
2nd en suite (upper level) - 2Twins (can combine for 1 K), bath/shower combo, private bath
3rd en suite (lower level) - 2 Q (1 Tempur-Pedic), bath/shower combo, private bath. (Please note this bedroom can be chilly, as in lower level. Heating mattress pads are on beds.)

Pull-out Full Sofa in Den

Parking for 2 vehicles only on driveway. Visitors will not have access to garage. Additional parking is available in front of house on Woodstone Road or on Lake Street .

Covered front porch is delightful for relaxing. Quiet, peaceful location.

Please, no smoking of any kind on property.

Please leave property broom clean, all dirty dishes cleaned, any unopened items removed/discarded from refrigerator, garbage collected in provided plastic bags, and used towels on washer/dryer.

Please also do a courtesy walk-through right before leaving to ensure:
1) all lights and fans are off,
2) doors and doorwalls are locked,
3) windows are closed,
4) exterior lights are off.

You will have a marvelous stay in Glen Arbor, just south of HEAVEN. Blessings and enjoy

Great house in an excellent location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked and exceptionally clean. Well furnished and had a peaceful feeling. House was like a home away from home. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Perfect place to stay with little kids. We are already planning a return next year.

This house and stay were excellent overall. The property is as described and pictured and is closely located by Glen Arbor and other key sights in the area. The house is very well maintained and stocked for an enjoyable rental experience. I would recommend the property and provide it 5 stars!

Beautiful, well-supplied house

We enjoyed our time at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and common areas to be together. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware and appliances. It’s great to be able to walk into town as well.

Stunning property and location!

This property exceeded all expectations- beautiful spacious home nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Glen Arbor, which we did often. Hosts did an amazing job with welcome goodies and lots of personal recommendations on what to see and do. Comfortable furniture and beds. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. We already miss Glen Arbor and the picturesque Leelanau peninsula. Thank you for the best vacation!

Perfect spot for a family in Glen Arbor

Nice quiet neighborhood that was a great spot in walking distance to town area of Glen Arbor. (About 10 minutes easily.) Pictures don’t convey how nice it is- lots of room for everyone to have some privacy but also hang out together. Owners were very helpful with my questions prior to stay. A/C was awesome 😉 after being out in the sun all day at the Lake. Well appointed kitchen. I’d go back again for sure!
