The Space:

With more than 3,600 square feet, this home is made for groups who want to spread out, relax, and enjoy easy, comfortable living. Every room feels welcoming and designed for connection.



Main Level

• A bright chef’s kitchen with island seating, dual ovens, a Viking gas range, and a pot filler ready for big family meals

• A dining area that invites slow dinners and long conversations

• A living room with a smart TV, gas fireplace, and room to unwind

• A primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom

• A second bedroom with a queen bed

• A full bathroom with a tub located in the hallway

• A laundry area and a half bathroom nearby



Second Level

• A loft that instantly becomes the hangout spot with a movie projector and shuffleboard

• A third bedroom with two queen beds

• Two full bathrooms upstairs

• A fourth bedroom with a charming nautical theme and six built in bunks made up of five twin beds and one queen

• A fifth bedroom with another set of six built in bunks arranged the same way



Outdoor Space

This is where the magic happens. The large deck is ready for long afternoons, sunset dinners, and lazy mornings in the fresh air. There is a year round hot tub for cool evenings, a firepit for storytelling, and a gas grill for lakeside meals.



From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the full lineup of waterfront fun is ready for you. An eighty foot dock, a mooring ball for your boat, three kayaks, two paddleboards, a canoe, and an outdoor shower after your lake adventures. It is pure summer joy.

The garage holds two vehicles. The driveway holds two more. Please limit parking to four vehicles.



Important Notes

Guests must be twenty five or older unless with a parent or guardian. Age will be verified after booking.

A one hundred forty nine dollar damage waiver is required and covers accidental damage up to twenty five hundred dollars.

A nonrefundable credit card processing fee applies.

Mid stay cleanings are required for stays of fourteen nights or longer and optional for shorter visits.



Pets

Dogs are welcome with an additional fee. Bring up to two, and please keep them leashed outdoors. Take them with you when you leave or kennel them so we do not have lonely barking pups. Remember to clean up after them so that future guests can bring their pets too.



Dock Use

The dock is available from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. It is for loading and unloading only with a fifteen minute limit. Use the mooring ball between boat rides since lake winds can change quickly.

Other Things to Note:

All guests must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Age verification is required after booking.

• A $154 damage waiver fee is required per stay, covering accidental damages up to $1,500.

• Dog-friendly! Max of 2 dogs allowed (additional fee applies). Dogs must always be on a leash outdoors and never left alone unless kenneled. Please clean up after your pet.

• All bookings are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee.

• For stays 14 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is required and will be scheduled. Optional mid-stay cleans available upon request for shorter stays.

Waterfront Use:

The dock is available for guest use with rental boats for 15-minute passenger loading and unloading. A mooring ball is provided for boat mooring between outings. Please note that due to the risk of wind and waves, docking directly to the pier is not permitted, there are no bumpers in place, and damage is possible.
