This is an entire floor rental with two very large rooms with hardwood floors, equal to larger than 2 hotel rooms -queen beds, new 4K HD TVs with streaming provided high-speed Internet, kitchenette, full bath, and entrance with downstairs closed off from the stairwell! Outdoor space is beautiful and areas for Guest to eat outside or have a fire in the fire pit’ anyone wanting to go to the Indianapolis 500 race, we have gone from here many years and it’s only 9 miles and it’s so nice when you get away from the track to have the peace of this area! We have people going to the 500 race, local concerts, and conventions, easy to get anywhere from our location without going on the highway. We often rent to those whose kids or grandkids are playing sports at grand Park right down the street from Butler University straight shot to downtown, awesome location.
