This fully renovated and bright 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is nestled in a historic century-old Victorian home, offering a blend of modern comforts and timeless charm.
Step inside and be greeted by historic hardwood flooring and exposed brick walls that exude character and elegance. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Indulge in the luxurious bathroom, complete with a clawfoot tub, a walk-in shower, and a double sink vanity, providing a spa-like experience.
*IMPORTANT* Apartment is located on the penthouse level (3RD FLOOR) of a historic Victorian home. There is NO elevator, and the apartment can only be accessed by stairs.

-Please help us be eco-friendly! Kindly turn off lights/AC/heating when exiting the property
-Long-term stays: More than 28-day stays require 1 monthly cleaning service ($100 paid by guest).
General rules:
-NO parties. Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event will result in a fine of $500.00+, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
-No drugs or firearms allowed on the property. Any illegal activity is prohibited.
-GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: The apartment is one of three in the building, so please respect our neighbors. Noise levels must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.
-Residential noise: music or noise must be turned down after 9pm. No unreasonable noise between the hours of 9pm - 8am.
