Welcome to Golf Villas Unit G3! Experience luxury living in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse-style condo in a private gated community. Spread out over 1,800 sq ft. This open-concept condo provides plenty of room for the whole family. Entertain in style with a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite counters, or relax in the large living and dining room. The spacious ensuite primary bedroom is located upstairs with an access to a private lanai. The primary bathroom has dual sinks, a tub, and a walk-in shower with a generous walk-in closet. The indoor-outdoor living experience enables effortless island living. The lanai features a built-in barbecue and wet bar for entertainment. One bedroom is located downstairs, and the other upstairs bedroom is an ensuite with a private bathroom. The garage houses all the beach gear you will need to enjoy your days at the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, which is included with your stay at Golf Villas G3. We stayed for 10 days and had nothing but an amazing time. Great communication with owner for support when needed too. Just note that you only get one key to the pool and one key to the beach, so a little planning ahead for big groups is needed to ensure that everyone can access what they need.

Best VBRO we stayed at!

We have used VBRO in the past when we travel and this was the best one so far. It was clean, had beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas etc. and everything in the pictures were accurate. Great outdoor grill as well!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Fantastic Kohala Mauna Lani property

Fantastic property. Loved the three bedrooms and three baths for our multigenerational family Christmas holiday. Great pool area right across the street for relaxing. The Mauna Lani beach was very close and convenient. The beach pass was great to have. The unit was clean and the appliances worked well.

Has everything you need and then some

Great location - grocery store is a 5 min drive. The house had everything you take for granted - dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, snorkels galore, beach toys and chairs, coolers, spices, all the kitchen gadgets. It was a great time!

20th anniversary get away

We had a great time at Golf Villa G3, the condo is very nice. Sara the property manager was awesome, (ten stars!) we loved having access to the Beach Park. Especially this time as our favorite beach, Kua Bay was shot on sand from big serf. We would stay again.

Fabulous Retreat

This is a fabulous residence in a small, quiet community with access to every island enjoyment you can think of! There is a nice community pool, access to a private beach, as well as a black sand beach, and many close public beaches. The home is comfortable, has all the kitchen accessories you need, and plenty of room for relaxation.

Wonderfully quiet location

We would happily stay here again, enjoying both the facility and the location. I must note the exceptional service provided by Sara of the property management team - I received almost instant responses (from initial enquiry prior to booking, all the way to check-out). We had six adults who were very happy, and there was no noise between rooms. We will try to book it again next year!

Golf villas on the Big Island

This 3 bed/3bath townhome was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The townhome was close to the community pool and private beach. We were also 5 minutes from groceries, shopping and restaurants. The home was well stocked, had comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of us. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and boogie boards. I would definitely stay at the golf villas again.

Perfect for three couples

We had a wonderful week long vacation with our two adult children and their partners. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as described. Viviana, thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Pure Excellence!

This home is impeccable- even better than the pictures! So close to the beach and the pool is just fantastic. There were such generous amenities including shampoo and conditioner in each shower and those types of details that are so appreciated. Tons of beach equipment including a wagon! Look no further- this is the perfect Hawaii stay!

Beautiful condo

Golf Villas G3 is a very nice condo in the Mauni Lani area. It is the perfect size for two or three couples or a family. It is very nicely furnished and has a lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen has everything one would need to prepare meals and the patio has a very nice barbecue area. In the garage there are many beach items including chairs, an umbrella, and floats. Viviana is very nice to work with and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

We truly enjoyed our week in this home! Was the perfect space for our family needs. Great location in proximity to pool and trash. Beach was an easy, quick drive. Everything was as described and expected. If I had to find one negative comment it would be that the gas tank on the grill was out and we ran out cooking our first meal on the first night. But thankfully there was another tank in the garage so it was an easy fix.

Best experience in Mauna Lani

I have stayed in many different short stay vacation rentals in Mauna Lani, and this one is my favorite. There are several reasons for this: Communication with owner was prompt and always helpful. The unit was spacious with 3 full bathrooms and 3 comfortable bedrooms. The unit was well equipped for making simple meals. The garage was well stocked with any beach equipment you might need (we just used a cooler). The area is quiet and pleasant. There is central air conditioning. I would definitely return and highly recommend this specific unit.

Fantastic property

From beginning to end Viviana the host was brilliant! Clear and straight forward instructions for everything. Smart locks with keypads work great. Viviana even took time to deliver meds left at unit after checkout to a golf course by airport. As for the unit, it was excellent. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of trash bags and washing liquid. Living room comfortable and dining area adequate. Only one criticism, Main TV could do with being upgraded to newer tv that you could load your own apps. It does have Netflix and you tube loaded. Great place, will return. Thank you Viviana.

One problem - everything else awesome

This is a great property to stay at. There are three bedrooms and three baths and a loft with a pull out couch. The pull out couch is not sleepable. The mattress in the pull out is super uncomfortable - worse than normal. The mattress itself you can feel every coil in a bad way. We had one adult who needed to sleep on it.. Our first night she slept on the couch itself which was uncomfortable and when I woke up I found her sleeping on the floor. We ended up going to Target and purchased an air mattress which was much better. If you only need to use the three beds you will love this property. If you need to sleep more than 6 people and need to use the loft then plan on purchasing or bringing an air mattress. Everything else about the property is great. The kitchen was stocked very well and included spices and spray oil for pans. The grill worked great. We loved using all of their beach chairs, snorkles/fins, boogy boards, coolers. We loved sitting outside for breakfast every mornng.The family room is separated into two separate seating areas so not super great for gathering but it works. The AC worked great even keeping it at the higher temperature they requested. The bathrooms work great. The property was super clean. The access to the private beach was awesome and we never had a problem finding chairs there. Overall a great property, as long as you don't need to use the hide a bed in the loft.

Large Serving of “Just Perfect”

Oh my, this has to be one of the best properties we have stayed in. We were looking for a special place to take our adult boys and their significant others. For most of them, this would be there first Hawaiian adventure. Kona made it to the top of the list (direct flight, sport fishing, hiking, snorkeling etc.). We wanted three bedrooms, three bathrooms, enough space to hang out as six adults, a decent view, gymn, good pool and easy beach access. This property exceeded all expectations. The decor is simply outstanding. It is tasteful, stylish and reflects the may different aspects of Hawaiian and Eastern culture. The living and dining space is nicely segmented into three areas that were appropriate at different times. The lanai outside on the ground floor has a table for 4 that can easily seat 6. BBQ was up for the task and we used it like clock work. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus points for the wine fridge in the kitchen. We were able to quickly cool the New Years Eve beverages and still have plenty of room in the Fridge. This property is geared for family living and dining. The Primary Bedroom is great! There is a second Lanai off the balcony with chaise loungers. Mamma bear and I started out mornings with coffee and the sounds of Hawaii waking up. Sunrise our sunset, both are great experiences from the different outdoor areas. Lastly, there is access to the beach club. This is a wonderful swimming beach and a beautiful place to be. Many of the public beaches were completely crowded. Being at the beach club was a bonus touch we were not expecting. Other amenities near you include a supermarket, coffee shop and a lot of restaurants. There is no shortage of great beaches (including Hapuna). Plenty of places to sit in beautiful surroundings and have a cocktail (Fairmont Orchid, Westin, Hilton etc.). There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a wagon and just about everything else you could need. Highly, highly recommend as a getaway for 6 adults or a family with children. Wonderful property.

Beautiful property

This villa was exactly as advertised: beautiful inside and out, well stocked, peaceful location. The grounds themselves are safe and beautifully kept, with the villa right on the golf course. It is only about 100m away from a beautiful swimming pool and gym. A short drive to several beaches, including one black sand beach, shops and restaurants. The owner, Viviana was helpful and very prompt in answering all of our questions. We would love to return to this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Hawaii.
