Spread across two stories, this villa in Islands at Mauna Lani Q-1 offers a seamless blend of comfort and connection to nature. The main living area opens to multiple lanais, perfect for reading, dining, or simply relaxing in the open air. The backyard lanai features a BBQ grill and dining table for six, ideal for shared meals after a day at the beach.

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, with modern appliances, generous counter space, and a dining area that flows naturally into the living room. Whether you’re cooking a family breakfast or a relaxed evening dinner, you’ll find the space designed for both function and comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and private lanai for a peaceful retreat. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, while a cozy nook offers a twin daybed for a fifth guest. With 2.5 bathrooms and thoughtful layout, every guest enjoys comfort and privacy.



Amenities & convenience

Stay cool with central air conditioning, stream shows on the smart TV, and take advantage of high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected. Open the door on arrival we were surprised how spacious the condo was. The photos do not accurately show how big the rooms are. Loved having two ensuites. Kitxhen well stocked. Will return!

We have stayed here numerous times, it's always great. The only thing is that the bedding and towels could use a refresh, they are getting long in the tooth. I would definitely recommend!!

Quiet and clean

Other than a smoke detector going off a few times in the middle of the night because it needed replaced, it was a very pleasant stay. Communication was good with the host, the place was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. The surrounding area was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Nice house in great location

We were steps from the awesome pool and short drive to the beach club to snorkel. Also just a few miles from Hapuna Beach, which is my favorite. Also very close to saddle road for a quick jaunt to Hilo. This is a no-brainer place to rent.

Retreat in paradise

The property was very roomy and came with all the amenities we needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The pool was an amazing quiet and enjoyable spot to just lay out and unwind. The lanai was perfect for breakfast outdoors and also a great spot to read a book or have a cool drink. The property was nicely decorated and I would definitely look at this spot for our next vacation retreat.

Best VRBO on thr Big Island

Loved this condo and will be back. The furniture was comfortable like real people actually own this place and have set it up for their enjoyment. It is well maintained. The pool is amazing and fun - even has a waterfall and cave. The grounds feel like you are in a botanical garden. I will come back to the big island just to stay here.

Good property

Overall a great stay; the complex is very nice, good layout with two large primary bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The unit did have plumbing issues while we were there, they communicated quickly to get someone in to help. The unit could use a freshening up - furniture, carpet, and plumbing all getting fairly dated.

Great Location in Mauna Lani Big Island of HI

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two bedrooms townhouse with two lanais. There is a binder with extensive information about tours and activities on the Big Island, as well as information about the unit. We visited the volcano and did an awesome helicopter tour! We also spent a lot of time swimming at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The water is warm and refreshing. Beach Club and Supermarket are close by. Tommy Bahamas restaurant is our favorite but we also used the outside grill for one evening dinner. I would highly recommend this place.

Great floor plan. Great location. Nicely decorated. All of that being said, the unit needs some refurbishing, e.g., repainting, replace tarnished fixtures and worn out furniture, especially the outdoor dining set. Had to request some maintenance work. Daisy was great; very responsive. Maintenance man was polite and mindful of our privacy.

Beautiful setting and decor

This 2 bedroom is palatial and beautifully decorated. Lovely pool.My only concern was the 6:30 A M daily activity of the landscapers. They were great about not starting noisy equipment til about 8 but several members o f the crew had high pitched voices and talked non stop from 6:30 on..This unit is adjacent to the area where the landscapers have their work depot.

Large and lovely

My partner and I stayed four nights. We were initially concerned about the upkeep because when we walked in we saw overgrown plants in the entry way and dirt and rust stains that seemed due to neglect. That said, we quickly saw past those initial impressions. The property is really well stocked and very comfortable. It is also large. The downstairs living area is great for entertaining and family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes and other cooking tools. My parents (who were renting another VRBO property on Mauna Lani) said they liked our rental, and would check in to renting it.

Great place to stay for Ironman 70.3

Beautiful home! Very large! Great location. They listed that it had bikes and we were counting on that and NO bikes! I asked the property manager Jordan if he knew of somewhere in that location that we could rent and he said he didn’t know. He was absolutely no help. On the other hand our Internet was out for 24 hours and Daisy another employee got it all fixed for us she was great. The decor could use a little update but other than that it absolutely served our purpose
