Inside every detail has been attended to from designer furnishings, beautiful art, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Outdoors enjoy the salt water pool, spa and bocce court. In the highly desirable Tahquitz River Estates your location is ideal; moments from downtown Palm Springs but without the wind or air traffic noise common to other areas. The space
From the moment you enter Sliding Rock, you and your guests will be transported to a paradise of relaxation. This house has ALL the amenities you could imagine and was recently featured in national media as the Hi-Chew “Palm Springs Fantasy House.” (See photos of the transformation).

The open floor plan features walls of glass and flows beautifully for relaxation and entertaining. White tile floors and walls are the perfect indoor canvas for the stunning mountain views outside.

The living room features generous seating options, a large stone gas fire place for chilly evenings, and a 60 inch TV. The dining room is perfect for formal dinner parties or a casual game night with friends. Mix a pitcher of libations on the bar cart as you contemplate the gorgeous views of the pool.

The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless appliances and white quartz counters. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who love to cook with a double oven, built-in microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. Small appliances include a toaster, food processor a programmable coffee maker and Nepresso espresso machine as well as an ice crushing Ninja blender for your morning smoothie or afternoon margarita. Custom china imported from Tuscany and colorful pool-safe glassware, plates, and platters assures you will set a beautiful table whenever you're dining inside or out.

The bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort and guest privacy. All bathrooms include plush white cotton towels and designer Ben Sherman bath amenities.

Each of the three bedrooms is stunning, unique, and enjoys an en- suite bathroom. All bedrooms also provide direct outdoor access to their own private patios and the common pool area.

The "yellow" bedroom features walls of glass facing the mountains and includes a king size bed with memory foam mattress, Italian linens, flat screen TV and a separate seating area. The en-suite bathroom features an enormous walk-in shower and sliding door access to a secret patio and separate outdoor shower.

The "blue" bedroom features a king size bed, a reproduction of the eero aarnio iconic ball chair (perfect for naps or reading), a large flat screen TV and private patio with separate seating area. The bathroom for this bedroom includes a tub shower combination and separate vanity area.

The "orange room" also features a queen size bed, designer wall coverings, furnishings, lighting, flat screen TV and private bath with large walk in tile shower. Sliding glass doors open to pool-side patio living area.

Outside is a world all its own...

The back yard, featuring gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountains, is anchored by a deep salt-water pebble tec pool and waterfall spa. Multiple entertainment spaces include a large covered outdoor dining room, chaise lounge sunning area, shaded seating areas with over-sized chairs, a natural gas grill, and an enormous separate fire pit area with adirondack chairs for every guest. Do you want to "Netflix and Chill" from the pool or spa? No problem. The patio also features a large custom outdoor TV and Sonos sound system. Thoughtful appointments include a glass sculpture garden, sun umbrellas, an endless supply of beach towels, fun pool toys, acrylic wine and martini glasses, and floating lighted pool globes to set the ambient mood that suits you.

Available outdoor games include a dedicated bocce court, "corn hole" set and giant jenga that also serves as our "guest book." We encourage guests to write their names, date, and a message about their stay on the wooden game blocks!

The City of Palm Springs ID . Palm Springs requires the collection of an 11.5% transient occupancy tax, which is included. If you would like the pool heated for the cooler months, please let us know, and a $50 per day (2 consecutive day minimum) heating fee will be added after you book. A refundable $500 security deposit is also included with each reservation. The City of Palm Springs requires a written agreement signed by all guests which we will send to you upon booking. City ID #1929

Guest access
Full property access (although the Mercedes convertible in the garage is not included in the rental and is for owner use only). All spaces are private including separate patios for each bedroom.
Other things to note
All guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved period. We do not allow children as house guests.

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted.

* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at ANY time the maximum number of approved guests is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. This rule applies to all circumstances including drop-in visitors. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
