The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the 34 ft. sparkling pool (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. By day, soak in the sun and terrific mountain views from the west facing sleek modern lounge chairs or relax under the umbrellas with a cool drink. By night, assemble the entire group and enjoy dinner on the covered outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. After dinner, sip cocktails or relax while seated on the comfortable outdoor sofa around the natural gas fire pit, perfect for cozying up to on a brisk desert evening. Or, indulge yourself in the jetted spa under the canopy of twinkling stars. There’s also a natural gas Weber grill, misting system and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

Pamper yourself in one of the 3 luxurious bedrooms uniquely furnished and designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. All bedroom sanctuaries offer KING sized hospitality-quality mattresses, custom window shades, accent wallpaper, fine linens, ample clothes storage and glass doors that lead to the outdoor patios.

The primary suite is located at the opposite end of the home from the guest bedrooms to provide the utmost peace and privacy. Perfect for couples traveling together. The primary bedroom offers a handy desk for remote working, smart TV, ensuite bath, and sliding glass door access to the pool and fire pit areas.

The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom which offers a separate soaking tub and shower, Barbie pink décor, vintage and modern fixtures and plenty of cabinet storage.

AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada, smart TVs, estate disposal service and a covered carport. All linens, towels & pool floats provided too.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $60/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

Lemon Splash is the ultimate Palm Springs getaway for modernism enthusiasts, family vacations, a romantic couples weekend or snowbirds looking for a private, relaxing, warm retreat. We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Weekly gardening service, estate disposal service and pool service twice per week are also provided. Just relax and enjoy your stay!

Within walking distance to the Palm Springs village center and beautiful Ruth Hardy Park, it’s the perfect locale to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs. You will also be about 1 mile from Ralph’s grocery store, Starbucks, Rite Aid, PS Public Library, Desert Memorial Hospital, Spa Resort Casino and lots of casual dining. Other activities to note include the Thursday night downtown Village Fest, weekly farmer’s market and nearby PS Air Museum.
