This was the second time we have stayed at this house. Very clean and comfortable home. Close to Ball State University and food options. Would definitely continue to stay here while visiting the area.

Wonderful two bedroom place that was perfectly situated near Ball State University. Modern, updated decor that made for a very comfortable stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent.

The house was clean, nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was also a great location and near everything we wanted to be. They had fun games, an awesome back yard and covered parking. Highly recommend!

Easy check-in, spacious house with large yard. We appreciated the TVs in every room and the desk in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and utensils, and the bathroom was very well-organized. The host was communicative and helpful when we were trying to figure out an issue with the ice maker. The place was very clean. Liked how the location was close to Cardinal Greenway and lots of walkable dining options.

Perfect for Us!

We traveled to Muncie for a family wedding and were so happy to have found Kyle and Shannah’s place. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Ball State. The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with! We would happily stay there again.

House was clean and well kept. Had some work on the area and it was very convenient. Communication with Kyle was great. Answered all questions promptly.would definitely stay again.

Cozy and clean.

This house was cozy and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful and close by. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. We would stay there again.

We have stayed here several times

The house is well suited for an enjoyable stay. Every detail is taken care of by the homeowner. It's clean, it's neat, etc. It's an older neighborhood with a few eccentric characters but completely safe and charming.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay if you are ever in Muncie area. The house is perfect for a family of four to spread out and didn’t feel crowded at any point during our week long stay. Although we didn’t cook like we had planned to, the kitchen is very well stocked with the kitchen essentials that you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is very easy to find with a great variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts were very friendly and responsive with any of our inquiries. We will definitely add this to our list of favorite places to stay, if we are ever in the Muncie area again.

Clean, nice, cozy, comfortable

Upscale accommodations and finishes make this rental a great place all around. Every detail is perfection and the owners are very easy to work with and responsive to any and all questions. The location is great for BSU but just enough away from the noise and congestion of campus. This is a house in a neighborhood but it is super easy to get in and out of quickly.

Clean and Conveniently Located

I came back to Muncie to visit family and friends. The house was clean and conveniently located to West McGalliard, which is close to a lot of restaurants. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town vs staying in a hotel. I discovered Parlor Doughnuts, which is very close to this property. Perhaps a little too close. I gained 3 pounds on this extended weekend trip.
