Discover your spacious retreat (over 4000 sf) with a refreshing heated pool (summertime) and games. This inviting home sleeps 19 people (17 adults and 2 infant/toddler) and includes six bedrooms with seven queen-size beds, one king-size bed, one twin bed, one toddler bed & one crib. With a fenced backyard and a two-car garage, it is a blend of comfort & versatility. Book now for a memorable stay! Conveniently located near main roads and shopping, with a 5-minute drive to the BSU and IU Hospital.
Welcome to our spacious retreat with comfortable accommodations for your group:
** Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: Two queen beds, one toddler bed, double closet, full bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, large closet.
- Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, large closet.
- Bedroom 4: One queen bed, large closet.
** First Floor:
- Bedroom 6: One twin/single daybed.
- There are 3 steps at the main entry to this level.
** Laundry:
- Extra towels and accessory closets on the second level next to the stairs.
- If you have a long stay and are running out of towels, you are responsible for washing the towels for the length of your stay.
** Basement:
- Bedroom 5: One king bed, one crib, and one large closet
- Laundry area includes washing and drying machines
- The basement has an unfinished part; please avoid it for your safety
** Bathrooms:
- Full bathroom with a bathtub on the second level.
- Full bathroom with a shower on the second level of the master bedroom
- Half bath on the first level.

- The host has 24/7 access to the cameras. Guests can request camera feeds during their stay if needed
** Garage & Parking
- A two-car garage is available for guests free of charge.
- Guests can park about 4 cars (small to medium-sized) on the driveway.
-Street parking should only be used after all garage and driveway spaces are full.
- Free street parking is also available.
Street Parking Rules
-Follow all posted traffic and parking regulations.
-Do not block mailboxes, driveways, or fire hydrants.
-Avoid parking directly in front of neighbors’ homes when possible.
Please park responsibly and keep noise low when arriving or leaving.
This helps maintain a friendly relationship with our neighbors and ensures uninterrupted mail delivery.
** Pool:
- Open late Spring and Summer
- Closed in winter
- When closed, it is covered for protection; please avoid stepping on the pool cover.
- It is circle-shaped, about 24 feet in diameter, and about 4.5 feet deep.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Floaties and two lounges are available when the pool is open.
- Please use the white towels only to dry your body. If you need a towel for lounge chair covers or sitting on the lawn, kindly bring your own. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
** Backyard:
- The elevated deck includes a barbecue grill, a gas fire pit table, and two chairs.
- Outdoor furniture in the backyard may vary based on the season.
**Grill/BBQ
- Please clean the grill after use, returning it to the condition it was in when you checked in.
** Safety:
- Exercise caution and supervision for the safety of young guests. The house is not childproof.
- Supervision is needed in the backyard due to level changes.
- The basement has an unfinished part; please avoid the area for your safety.
- Snow removal during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.
** Locks:
Enjoy convenient access to our home with a smart lock system. The main entry and garage doors can be opened using a passcode provided by the host for a seamless and secure check-in experience.
** Fireplace:
Please note that the fireplace has not been inspected for safety, so we kindly request that guests refrain from using it.
** Additional Notes:
- No smoking is allowed.
- No outdoor footwears are allowed inside the house.
- No unregistered guests allowed. The main guest is asked to list the people staying.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew. (11:00 PM to 7 AM)
- Please set the AC at 63 degrees Fahrenheit when going out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please report damages or maintenance issues immediately
- We have one recycling bin and two trash bins. Any non-grocery boxes should be hauled away by guests and not placed in the bins.
- Guests with reservations on Wednesday nights are responsible for taking the three garbage and recycle bins to the curb on Wednesday evening.

For bookings around major holidays, including but not limited to New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, reservations must include both the holiday itself and the adjacent weekend. We do not accept check-ins and checkouts on these holidays. We may consider reservations that do not meet these requirements closer to the holiday if the property is available, but advance bookings without this inclusion will be declined. However, feel free to send your request for consideration at any time.
