This newly constructed two-story beach cottage is centrally located, a short walk to Redfern Village's vibrant shopping and dining scene, and Southern Soul BBQ, made famous by Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. You're also just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride from the Coast Guard Station beach access.

Blue Heron Cottage boasts a spacious open concept floor plan with a stunning chef’s kitchen, centered around a large island with high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. The living space is amply furnished, providing a cozy spot to gather and watch movies or games on the HD Smart TV.

The cottage features four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests. The large, private master suite on the main floor includes a king-sized bed, HD Smart TV, private bathroom with a large shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. The second floor houses a second master suite with similar amenities, a guestroom with a queen-sized bed, and a third guestroom with two custom-made bunk beds with 4 twin XL beds, ideal for children. Each room is outfitted with its own HD Smart TV.

Outside, you'll find a front porch complete with rocking chairs, a screened-in back porch, and a private pool, providing plenty of space to relax and create memorable moments with family and friends. The pool can be heated or cooled for an additional fee, perfect if the weather doesn't agree. We ask that the music and noise levels be reasonable so that the neighbors can also enjoy their outdoor space.

Other conveniences include a full-size laundry room with a front-load washer and dryer, high-speed Xfinity Wi-Fi available throughout the house, and YouTube TV for your entertainment needs. Limited parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Please note, Blue Heron Cottage is a smoke-free and pet-free property, and no parties or events are allowed. The cottage's fireplace is non-operational and is for decoration only.
